This was a stressful and disappointing experience. I had booked a full body massage and facial. Below are the reasons for the one-star.

The entire place smells of weed. This is not necessarily their fault, it's a pretty seedy location. But notable. The masseuse walked in on me twice while I was changing. There was no hand, arm, or foot massage. And no massage at all on the front. Once I flipped over from back to front, the massage was done. There was constant banging of cupboards and doors, it was pretty loud. There was loud talking outside the room. During the facial, the masseuse placed a face mask on my face and left. She had left several times before so I assumed she would be back. But she didn't come back, for at least 20 minutes. I almost got up, thinking she had forgotten about me or had started on another client. Upon leaving, I was told to add tip. I explained that I wouldn't be adding tip. I live in the neighborhood and saw this place opening up. The space looks super clean and professional. I booked their signature facial and ended up buying a whole package of facials afterwards. The aesthetician was great. The treatments were high quality. Entire facial was about 80 mins and included face cleansers, toners, lotions, laser treatment, LED light treatment and even a massage. 10/10...
