Marko’s Pizza. Sub.Wings and more — Restaurant in Baltimore

Terrible experience all around. We are visiting from out of town and ordered Marko's because it was open late. We placed our order at 1:35 and was told that it would be 45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went and our food was not here, so I called to check on it because it had been quite awhile. The girl who takes orders is very rude and argued with me about how long it had been and the time I placed my order.

The food finally arrived almost two hours later, and there was no receipt and nothing for me to sign (I paid with card). The pizza was cold, with one layer of rubbery, floppy cheese. The stromboli had the wrong toppings, and was a cold, mushy ball of dough. The 2-litter was wrong, and they didn't bring the multiple cups of pizza sauce that I paid for.

They were very rude when I called in about my order. They stated the only way for a refund was for the driver to come and pick up my food (at this point it's almost 4am, and no one ever showed). I didn't know that there was such a thing as a bad pizza, until I had this place. Threw $35 down the drain.

Please don't waste your time or money.

**Update - called multiple times the next day to talk to the manager about our experience and a refund. I was given the run around each time, with a different story as to what time the manager would be available, or if he would even be in at all. Still haven't been able to talk...

I had the worst experience with Marko’s last night. My delivery was quoted to arrive between 6:37-6:52. When i called to see the status of my order at 7:05 it felt as though my order had been missed. The man assured me they had my order and it would be delivered within 10 mins. After 20 mins went by, i called again and got a huge attitude and was told they were leaving right then and it would be another 15 mins. Absolutely never apologized for the delay, were completely rude the whole experience! Such bad customer service! Not to mention the driver made me come outside in the rain for my food, didn’t come in and deliver it as ordered. I would never recommend this place! Food wasn’t even that good either! Wish i hadn’t already tipped...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO PUT A STAR AT ALL I WILL NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY ND I WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE. THIS RESTURANT DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND TO TOP IT OFF I NEVER EVEN RECIEVED MY FOOD. I CALL THE STORE AND WAS TOLD "I JUST HAVE TO WAIT" THE DRIVER CALLED SAID HE WAS OUT SIDE I WENT OUTSIDE NO ONE WAS THERE ON THE PHONE WITH HIM HE KEEP SAYING HE OUTSIDE MIND YOU IM STANDING ON MY FRONT PORCH. HE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY HE LEFT. HE NEVER CAME AND THE MANAGER DID NOTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT TELL ME TO WAIT THEN WHEN I CALLED THE STORE BACK THEY DIDNT ANSWER I CALLED 6 TIMES THE STORE WASNT...
