Wacky Waffles ToGo — Restaurant in Baltimore

Drove down from the county to give this place a try. Called ahead to see if they did phone-in orders. First guy was polite and took my order. 10 minutes later I show up to the address on Google (40 N Streeper) and the windows looks cardboarded up and there's no sign of where the place is. I call to find out where it's located and no one answers. Called 2 more times, no answer. I ask someone walking by and they said it used to be there but it's been a year. It's been 15-20 minutes now. I start driving off and 5 minutes later they call me back and I said I called and a different guy this time said the phone wasn't turned up so they didn't hear it but they're there. Didn't really get an apologetic vibe for the inconvenience and just decided I would keep heading home. Idk if the address changed but it's not clear from Google or in person. My friend and I dined here last Friday and were pleasantly delighted. We were a little disappointed that the eggs were microwaved. However, they were still delicious. This is a very quaint location with lots of potential. The young man serving us told us about many upcoming events they hope to put on, and it sounds like it will be a nice time for all. I think they could benefit from an industrial or at least a larger waffle maker to help cut down on wait times.
