Wish I could give 0 stars. I went last night 9/19/2017 and I went through the drive through. They told me they didn't have any $5 fill up boxes from KFC and then changed to no food from KFC. Then They said they only have hard and soft tacos from Taco Bell. This was around 9:30-10 PM. Online it says they are close at midnight.
I went to KFC today, 9/20/2017. I asked for the manager as to why they didn't have any chicken or I couldn't order from KFC. The manager did not bother speaking to me and told the coworker that they were about to close and that's why they didn't have anything. But that's not true if you close at midnight.
Then, when I placed my order today it took a while to get the food...it was a big order so I understand some wait. But my other coworker placed an order for chicken strips, it took at least 20 mins for them and they ran out of cookies for his meal.
The sodas needed to be changed. Even after it was claimed to be changed, the Pepsi and Sierra Mist were disgusting. They had no sauces. No Sweet Tea. The workers were decent, no complaint from them except for last night being lied to about not being able to order KFC and the manager I spoke with. My visit today was a hot mess and I would rather not eat from here ever again.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I sat down at a table waiting for my food and now there is the most disgusting thing on the back on my shoulder. It looks like someone put chewed up tacos...
Read moreThere's a lot of problems with fast food these days. Mainly the people. This location is no different. I don't blame the children that work there for being children, what else should they be? Their professionalism is a reflection of their management. That's the issue. No trying and no care. You don't need to disrespect young employees at all and you really shouldn't because, people, don't respond well to it. You do need to make sure you help them cultivate an appropriate work ethic. Don't act their age or just stand back and do nothing, defeated. Manage!! Do your job and help these kids do a better job!
Place smelled, the wait was too long for a mobile order that I went to get because the app said it was ready. Then the order was wrong and they gave me crappy tenders, knowing they weren't made correctly! They laughed about it. Lastly, I didn't even get all my items. I'm frustrated with the way we carry ourselves. I wanted to go back but for what? To get myself out of character for what they've, clearly never been trained to do the right way? Read moreWhen we arrived home, (5 minute drive) we ate immediately, but the chicken was already soggy and barely warm. We placed it in the air fryer to touch it up and that helped a bit.... Upon tasting the coleslaw, we both commented that it had a funny taste to it and opted not to eat it due to safety concerns. The gravy for the potaoes was watery. We returned to the restaurant and after telling us their "was nothing that he could do" the manager, Michael, exchanged the coleslaw and gravy for us. He stated that there was more dressing in the coleslaw than usual, but that it should not have affected the taste. The gravy he replaced was a thicker consistency and the new coleslaw tasted fresh.
