Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

This is my third time reguesting a food delivery. The first time everything was perfect. The second time what I thought had been ordered as a delivery tuened out to be listed as a pickup. After waiting well over an hour and being unable to reach anyone by phone, I drove to the store. The young lady after some conversation eventually told me she would redo the order. I thanked her, however when I opened the bag at home I had chicken instead of beef. Which means I was also overcharged and dissapointed. At the time I did not wish to travel back to the restuarant. Although, I am not a fan of chicken, my granddaughter and I both agreed that it was good. Today I wanted to hopefully reexperience my first experience, but again I was left with great dissapointment. My sandwich was dry like the steak had been overcooked, there were no pickles, or the extras I requested. In addition, my granddaughter's sandwich had mushrooms which we requested to be withheld. I’ve visited this location multiple times. There is always an issue with my order. Either the fries are cold, an item is missing, the sandwich isn’t made how I requested, there is ranch on something when I didn’t ask for ranch, the lemonade isn’t filled to the cup’s capacity, the fries weren’t salted, or I wait for an unreasonable amount of time because my order was cleared out of the screen as if it’s already been made. If you go to this restaurant be diligent with checking that your order is correct and don’t be in a rush. The employees are also hit or miss. They’re either completely rude, or very friendly but prone to making mistakes. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I love the cheese and bacon fries when they’re made correctly, fresh...

I’m not sure if the staff just do not have proper training or this is how they usually conduct business but upon entering the restaurant their was no greeting and people behind the register dress in plan clothes and scarfs on their heads talking around other people’s food. They also did not greet me and I stood there for what felt like a good five minutes before a young lady asked me did I want to order as if I was just in there admiring the building. The countertop was sticky and wet. The music is so loud you can hardly hear what the cashier or I was saying. Hopefully my food turns out better than the service but I will most likely not be returning to this establishment. The service...
