I ordered the sweet Chesapeake smoked wings. It was burnt. I paid $20 plus on wings that were and tasted burnt with a hint of honey. My sisters and I drove 30-45 plus minutes to come here because of so many good reviews on the food. It was an utter disappointment and unsatisfactory. Couldn’t even eat the rest because of the burnt taste. All four of our orders were burnt.

Customer service was pleasant in person but not over the phone when I tried calling later in the day. I called multiple times until the umpteenth time the phone rang and someone finally answered. I did not get the male’s name but manager was not present and he didn’t have the time to help me but said call on Monday. I recently visited this bar with a friend, and unfortunately, the service we received was very disappointing. When we first sat at the bar, the bartenders made eye contact but joked among themselves about who would serve us, rather than acknowledging us. After some time, when we finally got the bartender’s attention, he ignored us in favor of others and responded dismissively when my friend placed her order, saying, “I guess you can get that.”

The attitude and lack of professionalism we experienced created an unwelcoming environment. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect.
