Initially, I placed an order online with specific instructions due to an allergy. When I got home to chow down, I could not do so because my request was not met. Needless to say I called them to respectfully complain and I was immediately met with professionalism. Nowadays it’s more rare to find businesses that still offer great customer service in the face of conflict. The woman on the phone was calm even though she could hear I was not so happy. She asked me for my order number to of course verify my claim without ever sounding condescending as if I were a criminal trying to get a free meal. Then she offered to fix the issues above and beyond. My order was remade in plenitude and my daughter was given a special treat as well. No one glared at me like I was an enemy for complaining when I went to pick up my fresh order. Most importantly, the food was PHENOMENAL. FRESH and TASTY. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an overall great...
Read moreI tried the tonkotsu ramen. It was labeled on the menu as “milk” broth which I thought was interesting. Tonkotsu broth gets its milky color from the fat of the pork bones when it has been cooked for hours. If you are serious about ramen this isn’t the place unless they can update their cooking methods. It’s a shame because it’s definitely a cool atmosphere.
One more thing I disliked is that while the ramen was on the high range, I also paid a service charge that was not disclosed. Then, was asked for an additional tip on top of that. They do not even bring the food to the table, you have to pick it up. And the customer service was nothing to...

I was shocked to see an unexpected charge after placing my order—tax combined with a sneaky service fee that’s nowhere to be found in the item prices. Why not include the service fee in the already high cost of the dishes? Clearly, it’s a tactic to keep customers in the dark about the actual total.
I've enjoyed Asian cuisine for over 40 years and have dined at countless Asian restaurants across the U.S. This place is strictly mid-tier, yet it charges more per dish than high-end restaurants and adds hidden fees on top. You deserve better than to pay premium prices for average food with surprise fees. Save your money and find another spot to satisfy your Asian...
