automatic gratuity of 20% is charged, even for party of 2 We came in a Saturday night around 9pm. There was one guy at the bar and about 5-6 seats open. My friend and I sat at the bar. We were told once when we first entered about the QR code and that we can pick wherever to sit. We each ordered a bottle of wine at the bar. And then the lady went back to having a discussion with the guy sitting next to us. Did not come back to ask us if the wines were good, if we want anything else, we had even asked while ordering the wine bottles “do you have food right now?”. And we had to stare for a bit in her direction for her to pay us any attention. And even then she noticed and but didn’t quite ask us we had to speak over their conversation going on and say “can we order food?”. Why am I writing all this in depth description? Because automatic 20% gratuity ($20) for this...

This place is magical. The staff is incredibly friendly, the selection of wines (both fine and affordable) was immense for the venue's small size, and the outdoor seating directly adjacent to Baltimore's picturesque Inner Harbor is the perfect setting to enjoy a well vintaged bottle of your favorite grapes in great company. Karen and Bianca are, hands down, the two most welcoming, knowledgeable service professionals I have ever had the pleasure of spending the evening with. Karen's skills as a mixologist border on the supernatural as she is able to delve into your mind and pluck out the precise flavor profile suited to your palate and somehow bestow that exact formula into a crisp cocktail. I think you can tell how impressed I was by my visit. 12/10...

Rude service, both the woman and the man I purchased a wine from were condescending. I was sampling a few different wines looking for a Sauvignon Blanc when the man at the cash register seem to get annoyed I had only tried two wines at this point and he said “oh this could be more affordable for you “, I could see them whispering about some thing and they wouldn’t let me even taste the wine before purchasing… I bought the one they ended up recommending me and it ended up not even being a Sauvignon Blanc like I had requested and it tasted terrible. The man at the counter continued to be condescending and said or if you don’t really like it you can always bring it back and laughed about it. I will not come back here and be harassed while being a...

Stopped by the V-NO Wine Bar & Shop after a site visit for a corporate wellness venue opening in Fell’s Point. While I’m not a big wine person, I do appreciate wine experiences occasionally. V-NO is a quaint spot tucked into the waterfront area in the Fell’s Point section of Baltimore. It’s right across from the Sagamore Pendry hotel. In addition to a wine, pear sour cocktail and a lukewarm mulled cider, we ordered a small charcuterie board with selection of meats, cheeses, local honey, fig and sliced baked baguettes and a pepperoni flatbread. V-NO is a cozy, low key spot with good music. If you’re in Fell’s Point looking for a nice, quaint spot to grab a drink and light snack, V-NO is a good option. Important note: They don’t take cash.

I really enjoyed my experience at V-No the other day. I rated the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5, so after averaging it out, that’s a 4.8, which is why they’re receiving a 4. I love its beautiful waterfront location and outdoor covered seating. The frose was delicious and the burrata was amazing! I loved that the toasted bread had garlic on it (great touch) and that the burrata came with pesto. The pizza was pretty good but the bottom crust was a little burnt. The service was good and there was nice selections of wine. I’d definitely come back and and try some other wines. I highly recommend this place for a chill and relaxing outing to enjoy some wine and nice bites to eat.
