Viccino's Italian Gourmet — Restaurant in Baltimore

I just ordered the Pasta Viccino with DoorDash and it is absolutely horrible!! It’s like soup-filled with liquid! OMG! I ordered this all the time so I know it’s not supposed to look like this. DoorDash did refund part of my money, but I’m so angry because I was hungry. This is so unlike Viccinos! Normally when I order this it is really good, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering it ever again because I don’t wanna even risk it. Plus, I just called and asked for the manager and she said her name was Sally. Sally told me that sometimes this dish is a little bit more liquidy than other times.Strange.

Sorry, I won’t be ordering it again and I don’t recommend it because when order A dish you expected to be the same every time. Inconsistency is not a good thing if you want repeat customers. Plus, people are so funny about giving money back when you complain about something so I just assume skip something that I know might be inedible. Work too hard...

The cashier was so rude. Over the phone, I placed an order which resembled closely to their carryout special, which was about ten bucks cheaper. The cashier proceeded to give me the take out special but didnt include the fries. I came back to let him know about this and he was like yeah well you didnt order fries. I showed him my receipt where he charged me for the pizza, wings, and FRIES. He argued that because I didnt say I wanted the fries, he didnt give them to me. I PAYED FOR THEM!!! It doesnt matter if i said i want them or not if you charged me for them, I should have them!! He literally argued and screamed at me for 10 minutes. I had to tell him multiple times to lower his voice and to stop yelling at me. He couldn't understand why I would want something I payed for lol Will never come back here again. The pizza was okay but that service...

Best pizza in the city by far; the dough is soft and supple and the sauce and ingredients are fresh and robust. They have an amazing product, but where they excel in creation they fail in delivery; the pizza is usually cold or luke-warm, and it takes over an hour (and sometimes longer) to receive your order. This is most likely a result of delivering more than one pizza to more than one customer at a time, meaning that while someone is receiving their hot, yummy pizza...yours is chilling on the back seat of the car getting cold. By the state my pizza is always in, they must be delivering three or four, with mine being last in line. Still a great pizza, but not having to re-cook it would be nice.

Come on Viccino's, step up the delivery!! I love you...
