I wish I could have given LESS than 1 star. I been ordering from this place since I moved near it in January this year. I first liked the cheap prices. I typically get the same thing and get my onion rings well done. The last few times they came MUSHY. I called one time and they sent me new ones but wanted old ones back the second time I had a funeral to go to so I did not call them. Fast forward to today I spent $30 in this store and the food was OLD AND DISGUSTING!! The tomatoes on the sub was almost burgundy they were so old. They actually broke apart in my hands as I tried to pull them off. The curly fries we’re one big greasy clump. The tester platter the fries were CLEARLY OLD AND REFRIED and flimsy. The onion ring were wimpy and tasted like old grease. I called and the seemingly rude lady that answered the phone cut me off mid explain and said I’ll have manager call you back she called me back because he would not even get on phone and said he said bring food back and they will remake it (which probably explains why my sub tasted very old). I even gave him a $2 tip! I called back to tell them to not run card for the tip and she said to go on place where I ordered online to get refund because food was bad. I will see if that works but the food was absolutely horrendous and it has been (taste wise) very good before today minus the order mess ups. I ordered a cheese streak sub for the second time again and they mess my order up again I told her no lettuce no onions no hots I told her very little mayonnaise I told her mustard I told her ketchup and cheese she put everything on my sandwich again and I cannot eat that and I told her I cannot eat lettuce and onions and she put it on my sandwich anyway and when I called back they was closed this is the second time they done messed up my food I told her three time what not to put on my sub and when I call they was closed but I call the driver and he said he had left the store already and he would let them know tomorrow morning so now I got go the bed without eating dinner I will be calling them...

I usually enjoy their steak subs without cheese. During my lunch break, I ordered a steak sub special. I got back to work and realized cheese was on the sub. I returned the sub for one without cheese. Keep in mind french fries come with the special. They did not want to give me fresh fries, so my fries were cold due to their negligence. When I returned to work with the "correct" sub, I saw that the cook simply attempted to take the cheese off and place it on a different roll. The cheese was still clearly on the meat.
