Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bangor Township

Very disappointing. I ordered a pizza to my hotel room. I left my room number and phone number. I saw the tracker "arrive" at the hotel. I saw the driver pull in and get out with the food. My pizza did not arrive. I saw the driver leave. I checked the front desk and still nothing. I submitted a "pizza insurance" comment so I could not be charged for food I did not get. I left to get food since I am still hungry, and saw a pizza on the ground in front of a different room. Room numbers got transposed. I get it! Likely even my fault! I was reluctant to open the box because it may not have been mine but seemed very likely. It was mine. I ate, then called the store to reference the fact that I had submitted a claim to corp to get my money back and add a tip for the driver that brought the food. I spoke both to the driver and the manager and neither had ANY interest in why I was actually calling them. All I got was "it said room ### so that is where I left it." Also remember that I did leave my phone number! To be VERY clear, I was not at all upset that my food went to the wrong room, as I stated, it was likely my fault! The combative attitude from both employees I spoke with was riduculous! I was trying to do the right thing and they would not let me speak. Last, the process of trying to speak to an actual person at their corp office is absolutely impossible. I will no longer do business with this restaurant. Their food is great so I hope nobody else has an experience like mine and can continue to enjoy...

Update as of 4/2025-- food coming out of this place has unfortunately declined once again. Watched one guy trying to toss pizza dough several times just to keep dropping it and starting over when the rest of the 3 team members ran around like chickens🤦 I run a team myself in healthcare, this gentleman should just be at the cash counter or answering phones, but not preparing food! We waited over an Hr39m for one large specialty and one med one topping came out burnt. Ordered again another time and barely any toppings in specialty (no sale) including the rest of our meal with no taste. I used to love the philly pizza, but been highly disappointed a few times now! Clearly lost the good staff at this establishment___

I’m only leaving a review because this is now the 3rd time I’ve ordered something and they have not made it right. I purposely order the garlic read twist because I like them with just the garlic. I do not like Parmesan cheese at all. And this is the 3rd time that I’ve picked up my order and they have put Parmesan cheese on them. And in turn I can’t eat them because I find it disgusting. Please prepare food the way it should be and not add ingredients. Most times I order them they are made right, but it’s happened enough times now that I’m frustrated. I would select to have the ingredient removed since I don’t like it, but it’s not an option since it’s not supposed to be on there! I can wipe it off, but then it takes off all the garlic so I’m eating dry bread. Can’t soak up the garlic in the container because it’s all soaked up by the nasty...
