Worst smash burger I've ever had. Would make Wendy's seem like a Michelin star establishment. I was told it would take 30 minutes to pick up my gouda smash burger. I arrived after 25 minutes and my order was sitting in a bag on the bar. I got to my hotel, 5 minutes away (so, equal to the 30 minutes they had told me), and both the burger and fries were stone cold, hard, dried-out, and salty rather than flavorful. There was only the faintest suggestion of cheese on the burger and 2 absolutely enormous pieces of lettuce. The bun was HUGE and hard and the patties tasted only of salt. Dry, hard, gristly, chewy, No juiciness, no delicious crunch on the outside that you look for with a smash burger. Covered in piles of crumbly bake-ums it maybe it was bacon but it just tastes like mountains of salt. Maybe the lady taking the order made a mistake in saying it would be 30 minutes. Not many people were even in there when I arrived. Maybe it sat for 15 minutes or maybe it was premade and then microwaved or something. I got parmesan fries and they were cold--both floppy and hard, not crispy, not soft, not flavorful. Just chewy hard salt bombs. I ate very little. I struggled to eat half the burger and I was very hungry. I gave it an extra star because I ordered lemon cheesecake and it was exceptional. Sauces made from scratch. Be sure to ask for them all so you can dip your parmesan fries, seasoned waffles fries, or salt and vinegar fries in each deliciously prepared sauce. I don’t even really enjoy curry but the curry sauce was so tasty. Absolutely love the bbq and garlic aioli!

Steak and cheeses are the best you can get in this town. Super hearty! You won’t regret ordering one. The bread is phenomenal and each bite is bursting with consistent mouthwatering flavor.

Smash burgers are local never frozen and hand made.

The serving sizes are very generous and everything is so well made that it holds up well to bring home and heat up later (even the fries).

Service is great and the atmosphere is refreshing and so warm.

I went here last night with my fiance and I ordered a basic burger and my fiance ordered a simple sandwich. After putting in our order it took over half an hour to receive our food. It would be understandable if it was busy but there was basically no one in the business at the time. After receiving our food it took the waitress almost 15 minutes to ask us how everything was going and if we needed anything when our plates were also basically empty. I had to eyeball the bar and a coworker had to let her know it seemed like we were ready for the check. Next day my fiance and I are sitting in bed with food poisoning and the only thing we had in common with our food items was our bread.
