Starbucks — Restaurant in Bangor

I went yesterday (05/12/2021) to this starbucks location, located inside of the Bangor Target. I ordered my drink (dragon drink) and I received another person's drink. I am not impressed by the service here. I also purchased the color changing marble cups and they came with no plastic over the straws, which is extremely unsanitary. The Starbucks on the Bangor Mall Blvd. always sells their cups with the plastic covering. The Starbucks inside of the Bangor Target also limits the amount of cups you can buy, which is extremely unreasonable! Today (September 5, 2020) at 7:15pm I went to Starbucks inside of Target to purchase a grande dragon drink with no dragon fruit inclusion and light ice. I recieved my drink and I took 2 sips of it and the drink was almost gone. The drink did NOT have light ice as I had asked for and had extra ice. I went back in to tell them immediatly after and the girl proceded to tell me she couldn't remake my drink because I had "drank most of it." I told her she put extra ice in it when I asked for light ice and she said, "sorry I can't help you." I DON'T reccomend...

I am glad with time this location has hired a staff that cares more than the location by the mall. Sure I have to get out of my car and stand in line but I receive better service and better quality made drinks at this location on average.
