Denny's — Restaurant in Banning

I had the pleasure of being served by Marco during a recent late-night visit to Denny’s in Banning, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. From the moment he approached our table, his engaging personality and attentive service made the entire dining experience exceptional. Marco struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, always checking in at just the right moments without being overbearing.

What truly stood out was how intuitive he was—he knew what I needed before I even had to ask! It was as if he could anticipate everything, from refilling drinks to making sure I had plenty of extra ranch dressing (which is a must for me!). His attention to detail was spot on, and he made the meal feel personalized and comfortable.

To top it off, Marco is incredibly easy on the eyes, which certainly didn’t hurt the overall experience! He made the atmosphere feel welcoming and warm, and I left feeling like I had been genuinely taken care of. If you’re ever at Denny’s in Banning, make sure to ask for Marco—you won’t be disappointed! As of December 1st 2023, I placed an order online and ready for pickup at 1:30 a.m. at night as I enter the door I knew my order was ready because I saw her from the last order. What got me disrupted was the order wasn't complete the nachos were there but not the sauce the cream and everything that come with it and also the redskin potatoes that were cut they're only put like 10 pieces in there and everything was off. I don't expect anything else to be equal as Money but I do expect my food to be on point. I called while already away half hour going to Palm springs then knowing all this happened I called Denny's restaurant. I explained she said she will let the manager know in the morning.

I'm not sure what would I've done if it wasn't for Carmen manger...very sweet lady a full house in the morning working under pressure multitask and the workers around were great I give this a five star because of my recognize the good. Please please totally make sure your night crew is...

Was just passing thru the area with my son after a nice weekend at morongo casino resort. We were greeted with a very friendly and warm welcome. The restaurant had a very cozy feel. I don't normally rate or review dennys because I've been to so many of them. But this dennys deserves a 5 star rating and I needed to take the time in doing this because I was so impressed by how the staff more than promptly and appropriately addressed an issue that I had with my order. They handled the situation as comparable as to how some high end restaurants would. I appreciated their sincere way of resolving the matter. It's so refreshing to see this high level of customer service from a dennys restaurant. I would definitely come back again just for the way they handled the issue.
