I knew it would be this bad. After experiencing Arbys when they first opened and then Burger King when they first opened I knew it would be the same. I get it’s hard to find good workers but what I saw was honestly hard to believe. Pull up to drive through, sat there for 2 min with no hello or we will be right with you. First words were, “Did you order?” Solid. Ordered my meal, Baconator combo, Dave’s double, large fry and awful “Nuggs”. The wait was too long but not horrible, only one other car in front of me and behind me. Girl opens window and sticks her arm out with my drink awkwardly as I am holding my card. Take drink, no straw, thought maybe it would be in bag but knew it wouldn’t. Can I get a straw please? No communication just hands me a straw. Hands me bag and I instantly knew it was wrong. I should have stayed at window but I pulled forward. Was missing baconator and fry. I go inside, no patrons at the counter so I walk up, takes 1 min to get acknowledged. Some girl was literally like walking around in circles not doing a single thing. It was like she had absolutely no idea what to do at all. Hi I just went through drive through and I am missing my fry and baconator. Girl yells to some guy cooking, need a baconator on the fly! Guy asks what order number, girl asks me, I don’t know. She yells to the guy, he doesn’t know. Guy yells he needs to show receipt. Look I’m 40. I’m not some 16 year old kid looking for a free crappy burger so just give it to me. I go back out to my car, get receipt and there isn’t even my baconator combo on the receipt but they gave me my drink. I stand there for 5 min waiting for the baconator. How are you not pumping these things out at 5:15pm? It’s a baconator not a ribeye, how do you not have like 10 of your crappy most popular burgers sitting under a heat lamp? Lady puts it in the bag, just as slowly, slothly even, no urgency and annoyed. Hands me my bag with no fries. Dumbfounded and trying not absolutely lose it I start to wonder if I’m on a hidden camera show. I say, where are my fries? The pink haired lady looks at me with disgust like I am ruining her night as the rest of my sub par meal gets cold in my truck. Lady slams some fries in the bag and slooooooowwwllllly crawls back to me where I snatch the bag from here smiling as I walk out knowing just like Burger King and Arby’s I will never be coming back. At least the tweakers at Taco Bell usually get the order right and move with urgency. Guess I’m stuck at Culver’s...
Read moreWent in for the very first time since they've opened and am honestly pretty disappointed. I placed a mobile order for pickup, got there a minute or two after, and waited. When my food got done, the orange cream soda I ordered had ice in it even though I explicitly ordered no ice. When I told the guy about it, rather than doing the right thing and getting the correct one himself, he handed ne an empty cup and just told me to get it myself. My large fry was missing, so I had to get that from them too, and the baconator I ordered had a big slice of tomato on it, which is NOT supposed to he on it by default, yet the guy I spoke to tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault for not removing it when I ordered it. (Which in case you're wondering, I checked the app, there is no tomato on it by default, you'd have to pay extra to add it on, which I didn't do). When I took my cup over to the Coke Freestyle machine to get my orange cream soda, the machine was out of it! I couldn't even get the one I wanted! I was in a hurry since my little brother had to go into work, so I just got a root beer instead and left. Luckily, I was able to speak with a manager (I believe her name was Angie) about the drink issue (that was the only issue I really cared enough about) and she said she'd put my name in the book for a free one the next time I come in, and she did seem very apologetic about it, so kudos to her for at least somewhat making it right. I'd be more than happy to change this to a more positive rating once they get their...
Read moreSecond time ordering here, first time wasn’t bad besides our fries being somewhat cold. Anyways, this time I pull up and wait 20 minutes in line for my food when it wasn’t even busy. I get to the window and it takes the girl at the window what seemed like minutes to swipe my card and hand me back my receipt? I get my receipt and thank goodness I looked at it because of course my fiancés order is wrong. I got charged for the wrong sandwich. I tell the girl and she said she “must’ve clicked the wrong button.” So I wait more time and she ends up handing me my bag of food and telling me I’ll just have an extra sandwich because they can’t do anything with the food after they wrap it?? Huh? Anyways whatever I pull out of the drive through and looked through my bag and they forgot my fiancés fries. At this point because I waited so long there was a long line for the drive through so I ended up having to walk inside to get the fries. I get them cold. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered didn’t taste like chicken at all and it was so dry. It tasted gross I had to force myself to eat it and couldn’t even finish it. I come home and try my “cheese” fries and I’ll just attach that picture below. They were cold and soggy and the little cheese that was on the fries tasted nasty. $25 for this crap. Don’t know if I’ll be returning. I’m not a happy pregnant woman right now and hopefully I don’t get sick from that...
