I tried Cissy's for breakfast today. It is not a fancy place, very casual and some might consider ot a " greasy spoon". This is old school dining. It is small, five seating tables plus the counter. I sat at the counter and was greeted immediately. With coffee in hand, I ordered eggs over easy, sausage party, and toast. The menu is very basic, no surprises. Typical breakfast fare. The food came out of the kitchen in about 10 minutes. Eggs were good, sausage had a great sage flavor, and the coffee kept coming. My server was attentive and friendly.
