I went to the counter around 2pm today and asked for pretzel dogs. The rude cashier said we are out of them. I said forever or just for the day? Or momentarily? She yelled to the back and they said about 10 minutes. So I paid. And waited. Keep in mind. This location is right beside the kids play area so it is loud. So I hear someone screaming from Auntie Anneās but I cannot understand them. So the lady yelling from the back of the store yells again. So I finally cut through the line and asked what are they telling for. The cashier, rudely and with an attitude, said pretzel dogs. So I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she is in the back. I said well you and the lady screaming could really use some training on how to improve your customer service. So then I called and spoke to the manager and she is just as rude and lacks the customer service to make her a successful manager. They need someone with more maturity and someone who can set an example for these young staff members. I could not hear them. They looked straight at me while they were yelling. If you knew they were mine, kindly walk out there, especially if they canāt or didnāt hear you. What if I were an elderly person or deaf. Have some respect. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there saturday around noon hoping to get myself a nice sweet treat for completing my gym workout, when i got to auntie anns instead of being greeted with customer service i was greeted with a side eye and a āwhat do you wantā with no further conversation being had besides glares and attitude. although the food was absolutely delightful and good as always the customer service was just not there and its quite upsetting as I do go to auntie Anns quite a bit and usually every other employee that Iāve encountered is very nice and does very well with my food, but for some reason, this one employee has a problem and ends does really good with upholding a nice record of always having great employees, good pretzels, and amazing care and customer service. I hope in the future that they keep it up and they teach this employee some lessons....
