Terrible service the girl working was rude rolled her eyes flat out tells me there’s no hot food and they can’t make the new white chocolate macadamia cold brew. So I get a salted caramel cold brew. I ordered a Frappuccino and she did not put any Frappuccino base in it and when I asked her to remake it because there was no coffee flavor in is all she said to me was “I did put coffee in it” with an attitude. The Frappuccino was as white as a ghost and clearly didn’t have any Frappuccino base in it. There was a guy working there that remade it for me and it was perfect. I usually swing by on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays before/after work, and it’s usually Kane who greets me with a smile and a quick chat while he makes my drink—it genuinely lifts my day (literally he’s so nice, and actually makes good coffee).
