Subway — Restaurant in Barnstable

THIS SUBWAY IS AWFUL! Though very clean, I've never had a good experience! The people are sooo incredibly RUDE and SLOW! After waiting 16 minutes for my order just to be taken with only ONE person in front of me I got to be snobbed at by their manager at the time. (couple months ago) she rolled her eyes when I asked a price question then said "that's what we have a menu board for, read it!" excuse me for asking a question because the board didn't make sense to me. I had many slow poor service prior already but I was done after that! After some months and hearing that rude mgr wasn't there anymore I then came in today to try it again, I first asked to use the bathroom after waiting for someone to come out from behind the back room for 5 minutes, and an older lady came in finally and told me I had to buy a sandwich first before she'd give me the key. I was going to buy cookies, not a sandwich... She then huffed rolled her eyes like she was debating whether or not she should give me the key.. I finally said "forget it!" I'm done! They are SLOW and rude and I'll never go back! They've also quoted me one price and when I rang out magically out was3 dollars more. That time I was asked if I could count! Actually I'm a math genius, took calculus 2 to raise my GPA in collage and never needed to go to class, so BITE ME subway hyannis! Other subways have been wonderful, don't expect good service at this location. Btw .. That old lady who wouldn't give me the key, kept wiping her nose with...

Service is really really bad. Let me say this in detail with facts fugues and examples. Please don't go here better choose another subway nearby to have the usual 'subway' experience.

The guy that worked here was so particular to finish things get our bills as soon as we entered finish and close the day .

when we asked avacadoes the girl that works there immediately eyed me to the lad that worked there and he said no avacados since they had already washed and cleaned the avacado container already. We were not even done with the order - he wanted to hurry and get our bills done and we had to say let's please finish the order and then get to the bill explicitly. The girl was trying to help out this situation very clearly.

We wanted to sit inside and finish our dinner. The lad clearly rudely stated that we can't dine in since they are closing already- time was clearly 8:10 pm and the closure was scheduled at 9pm.

My nephew asked to put in jalapeños and the guy there was soso obviously in a hurry that he added banana peppers and my nephew being little just kept quiet and conveyed that to us after it was packed and we left the place so so so much frustrated...

please definitely don't go here at all and choose the other subway which is near to it .. it's worth the few mile extra service than dine in a place that's so unwelcome...

I usually go to a different one that's close to my house so I have never gone to this location but when you order off uber eats it sends it to this one, they don't care at all about your order i have ordered delivery 2 times and tonight will be the last, you order specific veggies on the subs who cares they throw whatever they feel like, my kids sub came chock full and I mean packed with red onions both times I ordered all of our subs did but we adults can deal with it but the kids you pick them out and miss one and then they don't want to eat anymore, not sure about you but when I was a kid raw onions definitely weren't my jam so I can't blame them! You need to pay attention to what people put on their selections also we put toasted and the bread not only seemed under cooked but was not toasted at all! The price of food these days we would appreciate a little more consideration on our order, $100 down the drain...
