Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Barstow

For the most part this pizza is normally really good at delivering great quality Pizza but for some reason lately I don't know if there's no employees or what it seem like people have gotten very lazy and making pizza and I am just making pizza but great quality Pizza. I rarely try to order out from Pizza Hut or even Domino's lately because quality has just really gone down the drain local mom and pop shops seem to be better but yet they're so much more expensive but then it's one of those things too where I'd rather pay the more expensive price especially if you mean I'm going to get a better quality Pizza out of it. With the way the economy is right now and with things still not coming together it's just a shame that the poor quality that goes in and employees performance on handling someone else's food is just sad and it turns a lot of customers away. Crazy thing the shocked me was my 10 year old telling me that I should have stayed my money and just ordered a piece of from 7-Eleven at least it would have tasted better I could do nothing but shake my head and just believe it what came out her mouth because this time she was absolutely right with the order that we received. The only thing that seem to have been right out of the whole order cuz it's cheesy breadsticks the wings would have been okay if it hadn't been like you got four regular size boneless wings pieces and then a bunch of crumbles of what could have been the breading not chicken. That's two pizzas I don't order it wasn't even medium pizzas you might as well say there was a small personal size type pizza because the dough clearly was not expanded out to what it was supposed to be the slices were cut as if the pizza was made for 5-year-olds and it was so dry hardly any sauce cheese or toppings this looks like something that I would expect from maybe like Domino's definitely not Pizza Hut you're really questions whether or not I'll ever order here again unless there's more experience people working are more employees that seem to care about the food that they're...

On Sunday June 4, 2017 around 8pm my family of 3 were coming back from Las Vegas, tired and hungry, my 3 year old son wanted Pizza Hut, so we stopped by a Pizza Hut, located on 481 Armory Rd, Barstow, CA 92311. Getting off the car, my son needed to go potty, he could not hold it, and my husband rushed into the pizza hut store to take him to the restroom, and a Hispanic employee said very rudely to my husband that they can't go in, my husband tried to explain that our son of 3 years old could not hold it any longer and she RUDELY said no and closed the door on my husband and my 3 year old child. My son was screaming in tears. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WE NO LONGER WANTED TO BUY ANYTHING THERE. VERY SAD TO KNOW THAT SHE DIDN'T LET A ( CHILD ) use the restroom, an Adult can wait, but children can't and it's really unfair my child of 3 years old had to experience this. I call the store to let them know my experience, I spoke to two employees a man, and a woman and again they were no help VERY RUDE! Telling me next time, I need to see the name tag of the Hispanic woman, the employees were RUDE and disrespectful laughing at what I have to say. I asked for her name and she said no to call back when the manager came back from break. She hung up on me, THEY HAVE REALLY BAD SERVICE, ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS I'M SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE, I WILL TALK TO THE STAFF MEMBERS SO THAT TYPE OF SITUATION WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN, INSTEAD OF HER IMMATURE RESPONSES. Only a 1 because I couldn’t give it a 0! On our to Las Vegas I stopped with 3 of my girlfriends to have lunch. We parked on the restaurant’s parking lot since our intention was to have a light lunch. We headed to the restroom which was locked. We were informed that it was only for customers. To which I told the cashier it was fine but first we wanted to use the restroom. We were also waiting for the rest of our party who were still in the car to enter the restaurant to place our order. The cashiers’s attitude, tonality and demeanor was soo unwelcoming and straight out refused to open the bathroom even after we told her we would order after using the restroom that I was really disgusted by her overall body language and demeanor. Plainly, came out as racist to me. And I let her know that that’s how she came accross. After, I exited the restaurant another lady of the right ethnic background enter and after a few minutes came out clearly used the restroom without a purchase. I was upset because we really did intended to eat there. Otherwise, I would have just driven down one more exit to the Starbucks where no purchase is necessary to use the restroom.
