Wendy's — Restaurant in Bartlett

Wow... i have never experienced seeing an employee have this much hatred for a job. My girlfriend and i had come in more than an hour before they closed to eat before we saw a movie next door, and as soon as we walked in the door, the cashier, Tierra, was mopping then proceeded to give us an annoyed look then kept mopping. We carefully walked over her wet floor to not mess it up too much and waited to order while she continued mopping until the manager told her to come take our order. “What y’all wanna order?” she says. We order two salads with intent try to be quick and she asked us if we want to eat it “here” or for “take out”. I tell her we will get it to go so we can get out of their way. After waiting for about 10 minutes for two salads, Tierra has been complaining out loud using profanity because the manager took away her phone and she couldn’t have it back until it was time to go. STILL waiting on the salads, cooks we’re just cleaning and taking out boxes, then the manager proceeds to tell Tierra to make the salad my girlfriend ordered and explains what goes on it as she yells out “ohh, i GOTTA make it myself too?” All this happpening while several of her friends came in to distract her, so of course that made her act out to make herself look “cooler”. After while, i was tired of hearing her loud and ghetto complaining and seeing that nobody was preparing the salads with intent to get them out and finish up cleaning duties, so i pulled my girl along and took her somewhere else. I had already paid for the salad but couldn’t stand to be anymore irritated than i already was, so we left. Keep in mind, i am only 21 and putting myself through college, and have worked at Buffalo Wild wings for 4 years as a front of house employee, and have been at a local pizza place for the last 2 as a second job doing deliveries and working kitchen, so i already don’t make a huge wage but i was willing to leave without the food i paid for. Also, i understand the food industry with that as well but at my job, a person CAN and unfortunately does order 5 minutes before close but we don’t give them an attitude about it. we just quietly get the food out and finish up our closing duties. it’s our job and i came in more than an HOUR before they closed. i’m not picky in any means. shoot, i didn’t even ask for my money back. i just left, but this was...

Went here on labor day 2016 at 7:50pm for a quick frosty, pulled up and politely asked if they were closed and the girl on the intercom replies with "uh huh" so proceeded to order 2 frosties and my husband turns to ask me if i wanted anything else and then the girl goes "that it?" And so he turns back and asked if we could add a small fry and before he could finish saying fry she cuts him off and says "pull around for your total" so we drive around to the first window and there is a guy there to take our payment so my husband hands him his credit card and asks how he's doing tonight and the guy plainly ignores him and just takes the card and runs it. So then we pull up to the next window for out food and the girl basically shoves the bag in my husband's face and then even still when mu husband said "thank you, you have a good night" she goes "mhmm" and shuts the window. Ordered 20 spicy nuggets, grilled chicken wrap, jr bacon cheeseburger, son of a baconator combo, 10 spicy nuggets, and a peach lemonade. We were asked what sauce we wanted and we said honey mustard for both orders of spicy nuggets. Open the bag and it’s sweet and sour sauce also the lemonade had no peach in it. When I asked if I could get a lemonade with peach in it they argued telling that’s what was in it. I said when I drank it there was no peach in it. She continued to argue with me about there being peach in it and offered me a regular Minute Maid. Why would I want regular Minute Maid when I ordered a peach lemonade. We weren’t even given a receipt so I feel like they knew they were wrong.
