Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Bartow

I stopped in Sunday 9/17/23 because I needed to kill 2 hours and I knew Beefs would have the Bucs game on tv. The young woman who greeted me was friendly and sweet she directed me to the bar area. Honestly I've live south of Bartow for 23 years and hadn't been to Beef o Brady's in a very long time. Was it asnice as past visits? Yeah there were people enjoying; however the Bar Tender was probably the worst I've encountered. First off I was sitting at the bar waiting for her to turn around from an employee & gentleman she was engaged talking & looking at her phone. When she did finally ask what I wanted she had the enthusiasm of a sink draining. She didn't care that there was a dish of food that looked like vomit next to me that was actually hers because the employee she was engaged with finally asked her to move it. The Bar Tender was so more interested in her phone than a paying customer that if I owned that franchise I would've fired her on the spot! She could've sold me food & more beer had she just paid attention even when I stared at her she was oblivious to me the customer. Here it is football season and the only working employees were the waitresses. I almost asked the young lady that met me at the door if she could help but decided not because I wouldn't get her just the lame Bar Tender. People with such poor attitudes don't get tips from me period. Just because its customary to tip 'get your nose out of your phone' and earn your tip! Needless to say I didn't stay even though I was watching the game & would've spent much more money on food & drink. I'll never go back to...

Me and my family of 4 came in about 6:30. It was not busy. Server came about 15 mins in. We ordered the Dubliner, Mac and cheese burger, chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a kids nugget. Also ordered a basket of Onions rings. Me and my husband ordered a rum punch and I ordered a strawberry lemonade margarita. The margarita was watered down. Small cup for $8. Rum punch was ok. Then we got our cold onion rings. They were ok Could've been phenomenal had they been hot. Shortly after that we got our food. It all came out hot. Kids fries were just oily and had a burnt taste. Chicken sandwich and hamburgers were good. Very messy! Everything kept falling off the buns because they got wet due to all the sauces etc. Dubliner, I never got to enjoy it. They forgot the mashed potatos which I was wanting with the whole meal and I was waiting for our server to come back to tell her. After 15 mins my hot food was now cold and then she showed.Told her it was missing. She blamed the cook but it's just as much hers since she could've came back to our table right after our food got there. She offered to get me potatoes but I said don't worry about it since my food is cold. She apologized took it back. We won't be back. Ended up going to Chipotle and they...

I came to Beef's in Bartow florida on my lunch break as I have before on numerous times. I arrived at beefs at 12:10 pm came right in and sat down, things were going great, I had my order put in by 1215, but 1245 I had not even gotten my drink yet. The server passed by at least 4 times and still didnt get my drink when my server finally brought my drink at almost 1250 I knew that I needed to leave and go back to work as I only had a 1 hour lunch break. I was not even able to drink my drink that was finally brought to me. my food had to be boxed up and I never got to eat it at work, as I work for Corrections. so my food got cold and nasty and I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT .... I dont think that I will be coming back here, I dont know what is up with the Morning and lunch waitresses and the bar tenders but they arent good and they removed my lunch break from my day and I WAISTED 13.00 on a meal that I dont get to eat and didnt even get a drink to take with me... I am not happy at all with this service ... I got an apology for what ? not bringing a simple drink to me or having me wait over 30 mins for a SALAD ... no thank you, total waste of...
