Bonjour — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

This was a fun restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised because I don't typically go to sweets shops. Everything that I purchased had a non- overbearing taste. I would definitely come back :) If you are prepared for a sugar overload then come here!

It can be pretty pricey so take that into consideration though I personally think it is justified. I only knocked off one star because the staff seemed over worked. Crowds of people kept coming in and only 3 people were working the counters (only 1 of the 3 took orders while also helping in the food preparation process). Them seeming understaffed for the night led to confusion with giving people the correct orders and working fast enough to meet the demands. This is definitely not a fault of the workers and I do wish I tipped more especially because they kept pleasant attitudes in a stressful environment.

This may not be their typical crowd but that was one of the only cons I noticed while dining. There was also bright white lighting in the restaurant that was harsh to eat in, so be warned if you have sensitive eyes.

Edit: I went again and the milkshakes were literally just runny milk with some flavorings. Even the whipped cream was flat and we had to wait like 20-25 minutes for them. I don't think...

Everything here was absolutely delicious! Loved by myself, my oldest child and even my very picky, autistic daughter. The crepes, waffle sticks, coffee drinks, and shakes were quite a treat. They are a little pricey, but completely worth it since crepes can't be found elsewhere locally, especially with the unlimited options offered here. The ONLY negative, in our collective opinion, is the hours. The hours exclude this from breakfast, which is fine I guess; however, when we really crave it as a late treat or brunch it's only open for sort-of bizarre hours and days limiting us to wanting it twice weekly and only ordering it twice ever. After months of coming here and getting the EXACT same thing. Which is the Dubai chocolate strawberries in the cup with no with no strawberries so just the kunafa and chocolate. They barely filled up the cup but still charged me the full price. After asking for more I was told that that’s how it comes and I explain that it’s always been filled up the workers had an attitude and told me that I would have to pay extra when I already paid 21 dollars and didn’t try to accommodate me at all.
