If I could leave no stars I would. I order online while at work about 30 mins before I arrived. ONLINE ORDERING WITH TACO BELL IS USELESS!!! So once on my 30 minute break I try to check in no luck (why have this option if it doesn't work) Taco Bell is about. 1.5 miles away from my job once I arrived I checked in. I understand they were busy but while standing in the lobby for about 20 mins I notice that people who were in line behind me who ordered when they after were being called up to lick up food. I had about 5 mins to get back to work so I ask cashier how to get a refund foe my order cashier was nice but manager had an attitude when cashier asked her my questioned. I ended up leaving with no money and no food. So I decided to call the customer service center who tells me that it would be some time next week before I get refund. First off I should have followed my first mind when I was charged $15.14 for 2 tacos and 2 meximelt no I have to wait till next week to get my money back because they have bad service. I waited inside for about 10-15 minutes with one person ahead of me. She ordered something between $3-4 and their credit card reader was not working. I go back outside to go through the drive through to see ther car originally ordering when I went in was leaving. As I go through the drive through the lady ordering the $3-4 order was leaving too. I ask for items on the side and they give me a small container half filled. I ask for another (other Taco Bell's normally give you two small containers or a large containers of cheese on the side for nachos) and the person taking the order did it. BUT she came back with a remark that the manager at the time said FYI next time you will have to pay more. In response I said maybe they will have to pay me more or discount me to go inside and then wait through the drive thro.
There are other Taco Bell's around, do not waste your time/money...

When I go to TB, I don't want to have to type in my own order on their apps, in the restaurant, with employees telling me they absolutely WILL NOT take my order verbally. Why won't you? You have the ability to take orders verbally through drive through, right? So maybe the 6 people standing there doing absolutely nothing we're focused on the food! Nope! It was cold, dry, and not made correctly. The order was not complete. Ya, I now it is TB, but when did they lose ALL standards? So at least have a concept of what customer service is? Aren't you part of the largest food service corporations on the planet??? If it is that disgusting, when I am dining in, we'll no wonder the drive thru always sucks. I'm done with this location.
