Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Battle Creek

What's this places slogan? Life is short, eat better pizza. Yup, life is short, so eat better pizza. Rank the top 3 pizza nationwide pizza chains real quick, Pizza Hut, Papa John's & Domino's. Love or hate them, their the most recognizable names in the pizza industry. Regardless of how big of a chain Jet's is they don't for the average consumer rank all that high. Price is definitely a big factor. Do what Little Caesar's does. Accept that your pizza is average, which isn't terrible just nothing special, and price it competitively, instead of milking it like a cash cow which is what Jet's has been doing for years now. You don't have to tell me to stay away from here. I'm already avoiding this place and there's absolutely no shortage of places that do the same thing both better and for less. Remember K-mart? They too refused to attempt to be competitive and acted as though they were offering something special when they weren't. People were long since wise to that, and the company is now no more. Exact same identical thing is happening here except with a pizza joint. This place won't make it through the decade at the rate their going. Just extremely poorly managed.

Placed an order for delivery only received half call the store ask to speak manager the manager Brock answered the phone told me to make it quick and when I tried to explain the issue he hung up on me when I called back he got an attitude told me that my salad would be remade and sit back tell me he didn't have time to deal with it it wasn't that big of of I do not recommend this place due to how they deal with their customer and when they make a mistake they get very offensive and act like it's a big deal to fix their mistake I will be contacting the highest person I can about this when they sent the salad back it had No cheese or tomatoes this is the Absolute Worst service I've experienced when I tried to get the restaurant to correct a...

At least the 8-corner pizza was on a special for $10 instead of the usual $16, because mine was pretty badly burnt and had a piece of bacon sitting on top of it (I ordered just pepperoni). The crust on 8-corners is one of the main reasons I usually love Jet’s Pizza so much, and I was excited to try some butter flavored crust for the first time, but it wasn’t even worth eating because it tasted so bad.
