Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Battle Ground

Been a long time dominoes fan but due to this experience and others I'm pretty sure im done being a customer I made an online order and then called to ask foe a BBQ drizzle on my pizza and was told they couldn't do that.. I arrive at the store and ask why and I'm assuming it was the manager because he said he worked there for 10 years, anyways he proceeds to tell me it's never been an option and that due to him having no way to charge for it that he can't. First off charge me for an extra topping if necessary like it would be stingy considering I'm asking for a drizzle but understandable. But he even went above and beyond to say that he was going to make sure to remind everyone on his crew that they aren't allowed to do that. Like at no point was I ever rude or disrespectful and if that's how he wants to do business I will take my business to pizza hut who not only is far better quality pizzas but they arent rude and they also have affordably priced medium pizzas now. Because let's be real that's the only reason dominoes became popular in the first place.. So do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, money, or taste buds...

Would give 0 stars if possible. This store hires the most idiot people there is in the area. We've ordered 3 times for delivery and not ONE time has your driver been able to find us, we are literally 2 minutes from your store, straight up Grace Ave, to 271st Circle, no extra turns, no hills, nothing. You people are complete idiots. Then after trying to deliver for over an hour and a half, they want to bring us the cold food they've been driving around with for over an hour. I hope you end up shutting your doors. We will never make another attempt to order from you complete idiots!! Your completely STUPID sorry bucks won't help us if you can never find us!! Hire people that actually deserve $11.25 an hour or...

This past thurs Dominos got the order wrong, I called said they'll send out replacement and ordered 2 Parmesan Twists , I asked that they please don't overbake them keep on the lighter side like the first order, said sure. Delivery came and pizza was right, Parm Bread Twists very dark, I assumed misunderstood me, and even though they were delivering replacement pizza they changed me fee for the Parm twists. Called Sat. talked to the manager and she said because I waited one day to call, that they couldn't replace the twists or help in anyway. Said she's been trained to tell customers this and there isn't any way on her computer to do anything else. So where does the human brain come into this scenario? Lost...
