We love nautical bowls and have since it started. However, the Baxter store has staffing issues that should be addressed.

First time a smoothie had tinfoil on it, I ingested some of it. The gal remade it for me but did not apologize.

Second time, we placed an order of 6 bowls/smoothies with a new staff person (he said it was his second day) and took about 20 minutes. Many people had to wait to be served. He did an ok job, smoothies were watery. I am surprised the owners would allow someone that new to the job would be all alone.

I hope they can correct some of these staffing issues, we sure would like to keep coming to the...

I love this place and have tried many of the bowls. They are all good and have nice variety. The location of this particular store is odd. I have been to Baxter/Brainerd countless times since this store opened, and I had no idea there was a Nautical Bowls store here.
