Intermission Deli — Restaurant in Bay City

It saddens me to write this as I love the food here but too many times now I have called to get a sandwich delivered and they only seem to deliver when they want to “I have deliveries going out now but I won’t be able to deliver until sometime later today.” Or “it’ll be a couple hours before we can deliver.” This is not the first time I’ve gotten these responses. In the last 8-10 times I’ve called, these have been my responses. So I guess I should just stop trying to eat here. Do you offer delivery or don’t you? THERE IS A PLACE IN BAY CITY: Myth says the man is a Master CHEF; he enjoys every morning picking out his ingredients freshly from whatever catches his eye, and it shows_ I have had fresh before enough to know what fresh is and his sandwiches need no mayonnaise; say what, I said his sandwiches need no mayonnaise_ He's an ol' scruffy guy; like all modern Miyagi's, he's a MASTER at his trade, training yet more masters, when you do get a chance to see them mowing down the lines of people at times while creating their artful sandwiches, but as I said this story is not about sandwiches or a place, it's about a man with a powerful work-ethic and only has time for GREATNESS!! I'm not one to usually complain about mess ups being that I've spent most of my early years working in customer service and food. But when I order delivery and my order comes wrong, and I call back and get it supposedly fixed only to have it arrive messed up again. I'm not very happy at all! When I pointed out it was messed up a second time, I only got told I could get a free sub the next time I order because they couldn't deliver to me again. I guess 1 mile is too far! I definitely won't be getting that free sub, I'll stick to Jimmy John's who has no problem replacing any mistakes they...
