To start this off, I NEVER write reviews... but I am so offended by this employee, I updated my Google password just to write this review!!
Just moved to this area from Phoenix, AZ today. My family was driving around town trying to find something at 8pm to feed the family! We decided to try Rally's as this is not something we've had before. After ordering 4 combo meals, the employee taking the order interrupts the order being placed and says, "I just need to say... with an order this big, it is a common courtesy to call ahead!" I found this to be extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer. We are a family of 6 and literally haven't even stopped to eat yet today, let alone find a place ahead of time to call. I've never heard of any employees sooooo lazy on a Monday night! Mind you, there wasn't even a wait in the drive thru! Just traveled ALL day and was told to call ahead?? They did not get our business tonight, and I will ensure they never do as long as I live in this small town! How disappointing that people are THIS lazy and treat their customers this rude!! If you dont want to make large orders when placed (And, Seriously, a family of 6 and was only ordering 5 meals total), get a different job!! Maybe it's because we're from a big city, and you just don't treat your paying customers this way, or your employees are lazy and just can't handle being busy. Read moreWhoever your staff member was working the window today at 3:30 when I came to replace my order, AND spend an additional $30, was ridiculously rude. It wouldn’t allow us to order at the speaker since for some reason everything has to be run by robots rather than people. So we pull to the window and I’m trying to tell him my replacement order (from the passenger seat since my mom was driving and didn’t want to mess it up), and he didn’t even let me finish telling him the order that I was promised for replacement. Just said he couldn’t hear me and needed my mom to order. Although he heard me fine since he clearly heard my name and what I needed replaced. After we ordered i tried to ask if he heard me say it was a meal and he says “whatever is in the book we will bring you”. So I asked if he planned to come back to ask my drink order then. Could had went much smoother if he wasn’t so rude. You’d think when replacing food that you messed up last time you’d be a little kinder to the person. Guess not. Will be sure to only use Garfield’s location moving forward. ETA: and the replacement order was WRONG ONCE AGAIN!!! It was original chicken sandwich when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Which was missing last time and wrong this time. And got called a liar when I called to tell them even though i wasn’t even asking for a replacement as I won’t be back there. Read moreUpdate, Jan 4th 2025 Bone fragments and Long clumps of hair. My burger had bone fragments and my wife’s fry lovers burger had clumps of what looked like blond or red long hairs in it. Gross seems intentional given my bad review from October. To the Manager who reviews the Google reviews, why not address the complaints instead of only paying attention to the positive reviews, it looks like you genuinely do not care when bad things happen. Halloween night 2024. Js the cook on shift at 8:34pm, firstly rude as all get out. Literally sat in a 2 car line for 35 minutes. I was very kind to the young lady who gave me my drinks when I pulled up to the window to be exact my only words were Thank You, 4 minutes later some very large I assume to be a lady came up to the window with my food smashed it into my hand with force then walked off mumbling something under their breath, the bacon was burnt to a crisp.
