I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable conduct I experienced at this Domino’s location.
I placed my order through the Domino’s app, which indicated that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the store, I waited for over 30 minutes, only to be informed that my order had never even been prepared. When I politely approached the counter to inquire about the issue and showed the employee that the app confirmed my order was ready, I was met with blatant rudeness and hostility instead of assistance.
To make matters worse, the employee proceeded to insult me in a foreign language, not realizing that I am fluent in it. When I confronted her about the inappropriate remarks, she denied them repeatedly, even in front of her coworkers. Only after I directly repeated her words did she finally admit to making the insulting comments. This behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inexcusable for anyone representing a major company like Domino’s.
The store manager, Hani, intervened, asked the employee to stop speaking, and issued an apology on behalf of the store. However, the employee refused to apologize for her conduct, and the manager declined to provide her name, which raises additional concerns about accountability and proper management practices.
Following this incident, I reviewed other Google feedback for this location and was alarmed to discover that multiple customers have reported similar experiences involving rude employees, inaccurate order statuses, and poor overall service. It is clear that this store is experiencing ongoing and systemic customer service issues that require immediate corporate attention.
I will be submitting a formal written complaint to Domino’s corporate office requesting a full review and investigation of this matter. Employees who demonstrate such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior toward paying customers should not be permitted to continue representing the Domino’s brand.

But, if I've ordered and usually I picked up the pizza with my kids. They should know the neighbors or local customers at least. Also, I ordered a pizza by the app yesterday 10/15/17 5:16PM and wait 30 minutes then to picked up, I was with my kids. they were very excited. Honestly, I left everything in my car. I just take my credit card to pay. Then the cashier ask me for ID. I explained that I left everything and I try to convince her that it was my credit card. After talk with other guy, he saw my photo in my other credit card and charge it IMMEDIATELY. After minutes, she ask me to wait, because the pizza is not ready. I asked her. How long more if I ordered 30 minutes ago by the app. She told me that they are going to start cooking the pizza. With a little surprise I said okay. Then she reply: What did I ordered it? What were the toppings? I reply: How do you charge my card without know what I order for. Then came other guy ask me to go to my car and bring the phone to see and confirm the order (All this after the orders was paid). Completely surprised. I ask them. Why did you charge the pizza if you did not know what pizza was ordered? The guys insisted that I need to go to my car and take my phone to confirm the order. I was astonished. They charged my credit card and they did not even know that I've had ordered. I request to avoid the charge immediately and take my disappointed kids to other pizzeria. THE WORST DOMINOS EVER!!!!!!! Below is pasted the complaint I sent to Dominoes corporate, hopefully I will be hearing from them soon to get the matter resolved. I purchased $18.18 worth of food today using a Dominoe's coupon ($14.99 for 2 medium pizzas and order of Specialty chicken) that was distributed in the neighborhood. I was told that on top of the $14.99+tax, that there was a mandatory $2 delivery charge. My complaint call to the store was initially about the Specialty chicken which when I ordered it, was supposed to come with bacon and tomatoes, the assc. who took my order did not mention it coming with cheese and cheese sauce. If you look at the attached picture, it came with more burnt cheese than salted chicken, which leads me to my next complaint about the chicken. It is excessively salty and just not edible at all. My complaint to the store was not taken seriously, and I was being laughed at by the male assc who said he would do nothing to make my grief right. I was hung up on, joked on, and calling the manager, Mena, did nothing to solve the issue, I said I would call corporate, and he said "go ahead, try me!" I extremely unhappy, shocked, and disappointed. Dominoes guarantee: "Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money." - To which they refused to comply, despite almost 10 calls, which the store workers continuously...
