9:30am 03.02.23--visited the DunkinDonuts to place a breakfast order for me and my staff of 10. There was no line --so I though my experience was going to be very pleasant and easy. On the contrary it was the worst treatment to a customer. Here is what took place. I began placing the order for a Frozen Chocholate/Medium with Caramel Swirl the lady attending was not familiar with the matter adn requested help. The manager came in ( I had previous bad experience with service and the manager) --The manager attempted to point to the screen where the attendant was to select the choice of drink. They had asked me once again what I would like--I stated Frozen Chocolate with Caramel Swirl on the bottom and whipped cream with the Caramel. (just like the picture) The manager look up to me and say Caramel is already include. I said Great can you place some on top of the whipped cream---she stated We don' do that!--I said but other DunkinDonuts make it --Her statement: " THEN GO TO THE OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS ". I was shock what I heard and inquired again about her statement ---where she stated: GO TO THE OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS, I WILL NOT SERVE YOU. I still did not believe this...so I asked for the manager and she stated I am. then I asked for the owner ( of course you know the response) He is not here. --So, I stated, it is not nice what you just stated to send me to another DunkinDonuts--which at this moment she say : I don't want to.--I have a line of customers....I look behind me ( I was the ONLY ONE) --then she stated in order to fix her statement--the customer are UBEREATS---So, I was going to say , so I am not a customer -but at this moment I was so disappointed and to be honest --Would I want someone that was not nice to prepare my order---So, I said thank you and walk away----So--here you have the experience with the Bayonne DunkinDonut at 545 Broadway. Read moreSometimes the coffee is watered-down. Customers are paying good money for watered down coffee? Really?. They also need extra help with staffing. Especially when its busy. On weekends they are short with staffing and takes longer than it should. Especially with Uber/ Lyft orders. The manager needs to lighten up a little bit more. She can come across as mean spirited at times. Her facial 😠expression says alot about her demeanor. She needs to learn how to forgive other customers mistakes, move on and let go of the past.. Also, when the weather conditions is hot outside, it gets hotter inside. The manager needs to put her central air on. Customers feel like passing out due to it being hot inside. Can't imagine how the employees feel themselves when they work under those extreme hot conditions. With cooking and serving others. I think the manager does that to save money. But at Employees and customers expense. I am not fully satisfied with a few women that work here even the manager can't make a cup of coffee right They do not make orders right and they give others attitudes when they are told wrong
They messed up 2 of my friends coffees and we tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen Also on the fact that one of my friends is allergic to cinnamon which they ignored the fact even when I say it to them before I hand the cash and finish the order
I can't stress it enough it's the Women that work there that seems to have attitudes with everyone as we have noticed being there often
I am sorry I have to complain the women and especially the manager that seem to give off bad vibes Not all of the women are bad it's just the few I've noticed I'll say no names
And by the way it's nice to know you would put somebody at risk with an allergy 🙃
