Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Baytown

By far the worst experience. It started by me seeing that drive true option was available. I thought to myself, this is great. I proceeded to order and select drive thru for pickup. As I arrived once I received instructions that my order was ready and to proceeded to the drive thru pickup. As I arrived, two cars where ahead of me. Expecting that this should be a quick pickup I got inline behind the two cars. 30 minutes later I made it to the window. I noticed that no one was visible so I wanted. After waiting 10 minutes, I proceeded to knock on the window. An employee looked at me and proceeded to go out of site. I then seen a gentleman go to the register and start typing in somthing. After finnished, he came to the window and asked what he could do for me, I replied in saying that I'm here for my pickup. He asked for my name in a rude manner and proceeded to get my order. After giving my order, he made a statement that my order was for pickup in the lobby. I told and showed him the app and how it stated that my order was for drive up pickup. He then rudly stated that it wasn't for drive thru and my order has been ready for over 30 min. I told him it is what it is, not wanting to argue.

I don't think anything will be corrected by this feedback but I do promise that I will never order from Little Caesars pizza ever again. I will also mention to everyone I know, not to do the same. This is very unprofessional and not acceptable for an employee. If I was management, people would be terminated for...

Worst service ever. Placed an online order for convenience seeing that I had a car full of hungry grand babies. The order confirmation stated that pick up would be between 1:25-1:30. I placed my order at 12pm so that could pick it up after church and I even stopped at Aldi’s to kill a little more time. Walked in and there were 4 other people besides myself and no one even greeted us nor came to the front to ask for my name or order number. Apparently everyone waiting were told that their pick up time was the same as mine. The little guy that finally came to the front was very rude and confrontational. Non apologetic and pretty much dismissive of our complaints. Turns out he handed me a pizza that had been sitting on top of 10 others on the counter and it wasn’t even the toppings I ordered. At this point I had been standing there an extra 30 minutes and I just wanted a stinking pizza and be done. No management whatsoever! Two weeks ago I went in and spent 60.00 bucks on pizza and other food items. When I got home two of my pizza just had no toppings and cheese in the center, like it was just baked pizza dough. So i sent some pictures to corporate and they agreed to replace the order but for the second time the one of the pizzas had no toppings in half of the center of the pizza. When I went in to tell the manager in charge she made the excuse that it was normal but when I showed her that the other pizza was perfectly fine compared to the other one she stated that it was what was. She refused to fix told my wife and I if we don't like it just fing call corporate and to get out of her fing restaurant. Please this is no restaurant and you don't own it.
