Maria at reception is the worst! She has an attitude problem and when asked how long it would take to switch out a single tire she responded, “depends on what is wrong with it”, knowing there was no issues and all we wanted to know was how long we had to be there, mind you, we were not in a rush and have all day free. When we came in the first time, to make sure they had our tire, she was rude and we did not respond or complain because we thought she was just having a rough morning, but when we came back for the actual tire swap she remained upset about something and was rude again. The second time around I spoke to her the way she spoke to me and that’s when she had a problem. Guess she wants to be the only one to give attitude out to people. Maria , you get what you give, life is beautiful there is no need to be angry or ugly to people, if you don’t like your job that’s understandable, but you do not have to have that attitude . Take a personal day and leave your problems at home. It is not the customer’s fault. (Wish there was a way to post this review without giving this place a single star, because the manager was present and did not mediate or interfere with her horrible customer service)...

Hector strikes again. Called on a Thursday to order 16" all terrain tires, paid $350 deposit, Approx 25% of total price. Called Friday, tires are in, they say I can come get them. Friday approx 5:30 pm I show up, give them my info so they can get their money, and go to the local nail place to kill some time. At 6:50pm, 10 Mins TIL closing, I get a call saying somn in the range of, do you have your keys? Cuz we just now remembered you were our customer and your tires still aren't on. So we worked out a deal where I would show up early, and be first in line. They open at 9. I get a call from my husband at 9:30, the tire tech still isn't there. Keep in mind I was supposed to be headed on a family road trip by now. I gave the staff a piece of my mind and told them they needed to make it right and to get with Hector, the manager. Hector calls me back a few minutes later to tell me my money will be back on my card and I can buy tires somewhere else. Terrible management and customer service ethics! So thank you rent a tire for sitting on my $350 for 2 days AND refusing me service because you can't take some real criticism about how you run your business. From one...

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS! RUDE STAFF! RUDE MANAGERS! This place needs to be shut down or taken over by others that care and actually know what there doing ! Very unprofessional staff and management! They didn’t explain anything how it was supposed to be! They seemed so confused like it was everyone’s first day including the managers! There are extra charges on my account I did not agree with ! once I get home and I can finally read the agreement to my self because the managers and staff would rather joke and play then explain how the contract actually works !
