Worst experience at a store. My husband and I were shopping at Target and once we were done he stopped in to Starbucks to get us two venti cups full of ice with a double shots of expresso in each one. The lady working there that day told him that she would not sell him that. She wasn't going to sell us double shots of espresso in a venti cup we tried to explain to her that we were going to use it to put something else in in this case it was a protein shake but she was having none of it and refused him service when my husband explain to her that she was throwing away a sale of two double shots in each glass she said well I'll be happy to sell it to in a small smaller cup but I will not sell it to you like this. Since we were only buying it to put the protein shake in in the first place we had to leave the store rejected from service the main thing she kept saying was we don't sell venti cups of ice. It was really strange why you would let somebody walk away without spending any money in lieu of them spending $5 and some change is beyond me for a cup that couldn't possibly cost more than $0.20 we went to a location right down the road another Starbucks and ordered the same thing and they were extremely friendly and nice and we're really surprised when we told him what had happened at the previous Target location. Will never go back to that...
Read moreHi to all you starbucks fans out there. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the community about the Stars here. This is a five star strarbucks. Thanks to people like Anna (pictured) and Christina and Valerie. It's such an awesome experience coming into this Starbucks. I would recommend to people even in Houston. For Baytown we treat it like a small city big town with a closeness and intimacy in town. But for Starbucks they take the down home feel to a hollywood Oscar type ambiance. The coffee is always good and the people are so friendly that I tend to forget I'm paying over 8 dollars for my iced coffee with espresso. And that's spelled with two S's. Not once has anyone here tried to expresso my drink except the one that is the nicest to me. And I'll keep her anonymous. I want to help her have a great future no matter what. Thanks again Ladies. Btw if you want to make me cry offer siren blend but make sure it's all ladies working and I promise I'll fall apart if you like to see an old man cry. Thanks again Starbucks for making my day a little brighter. Congrats on your awesome store. And yes I cry about happy things not sad things. Smile. Anna. Rock...

Called to request a remake, and when we arrived, we were met with, “We’re not prepared to make those frappes, but I’ll do it this time. Next time, you have to call ahead.”
The night crew’s attitude is unreal—constant side-eyes and judgmental stares, all over a simple coffee order....
