I’m writing this right after leaving the drive-thru, completely baffled by the experience. They took my payment, my card was approved, and they told me to pull up. After waiting for quite a while, the cashier came to my car, not with my food, but to tell me the order never went through on their end. The most troubling part is that they then asked me to hand over my credit card so they could take it inside the restaurant. I refused, as my bank already showed their charge as 'pending,' and you should never let your card leave your sight. After I declined, they went back inside and eventually returned with a cash refund. The whole process was confusing, wasted my time, and I left without the food I had already been charged for. Same thing happened to a co-worker except he left the drive thru and went in. Still no service. That's 2 customers who couldn't even get a "Hello"! Whoever the owner is that sunk a ton of cash to get the Taqueria demolished and put this up, needs to change the whole staff over quick....
