UPDATE! 2-4-23: Monitor your card statement closely after buying from there, they have a POS working there that steals your card information and will steal from your account especially close to busy holidays.
UPDATE! quality of service has gone down the drain severely! They have gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row. I use to love this spot hence my detailed review back in 2017(see below) but now I will go to them on my lunch(30mins) only to get to work to find my order wrong... even if I checked before leaving Wendy's I won't have time to had them fix it. The point is when showing me the right order on the screen at the drive-thru only to eff it off by the time it gets to me Monday on this week was my last time going there I am done. I also didn't want salt on my fries and wouldn't have had a problem waiting a little bit but nope I got undercook fries instead...
I attached two news photos this wasn't even a burger I ordered but decided to eat it and take that loss... first bite, as you can see a damn paper from the cheese or whatever. Had no choice but to go to them after work.
I just had some Wendy's on 9.26.17. Let me tell you! I felt like Spongbob Quit the Krusty Krab, left Bikini Bottom, relocated to the great state of TX, and got hired on at this Wendy's I went to and made my meal. That's the only explanation that makes sense don't debate me either, that meal was too Good! And that Sweet & Sour sauce was imported from the finest Jellyfish in the jellyfish fields of Bikini Bottom... aged and fermented just right for that sour taste! Somebody else please tag Wendy's. I even wanted to leave a tip, sadly I don't walk with cash.
P.S and my burger looked just like the one on the display...

The lady in the drive-through pull me up now me knowing how long food takes to cook. I have before worked at WENDYS so I know how they run stuff When the food sit there too long they post to throw it away. To finish what I was saying, she pulled me up. I walked in to ask for a cup of ice water as I’m walking in one of the workers is walking out to give me my food so I check my food and noticed that the fries are not fresh. As I’m walking up to the counter, one of the employees is dumping fries back into the fryer that had already been sitting there cooked. This was so unbelievable that they would actually Cook food and since you want it fresh that means they throw it back into the fryer. So I asked the manager, which is standing right there is this what y’all do at WENDYS she say I will fix your food again we don’t do that. I said ma’am he’s dumping the fries back into the fryer. Read moreI went in the lobby this morning on July 24th 2025 never was greeted by anyone. Isabel was very rude nor did she say goodmorning or spoke to me. It took her 15 minutes to come to front counter. I went back because they forgot something in my bag so I waited another 15-20 mins for somebody to approach me which Isabel said the lady name was Leslie she ignored me on front counter until I said excuse me as if I was invisible. Leslie didn’t have on any gloves helping prepare food (biscuits) my breakfast baconator bread had mold on it which Isabel was very argumentative with me when I told her about it, She never apologized or said anything to make me feel better . I go back on front counter for sweet tea & my sweet tea had hair in it. I told the guy that had just clocked in and he said wow which no one apologized as well. Isabel went got Louis which she said was the manager and he didn’t apologize nor try to solve the problem either. This Wendy’s staff is very disrespectful , don’t greet PAYING customers nor do they apologize smh I will NOT be returning to 6806 Garth Rd what an rude , unprofessional experience.
