My order was all wrong from the start. The staff was friendly, but I have been to this location several times. Each time, the order taker or the line staff was unable to get the order correct and the time in the drive-through was way longer than expected for the number of cars. I expect a higher level of service - especially with repeat visits or patronage. I was disappointed at the order, lack of asking whether I needed condiments, and quality of the food received. I would recommend upselling, more time taken in the food preparation, and perhaps taking extra and diligent care to ensure the order is correct. It appears the staff was rushing orders to get done and sacrificing quality along the way. Perhaps the employees and staff members need to understand that quality almost always wins – even in a drive-through. For instance, if I order a pizza (when back on the menu), I should expect to get a pizza, the quality is at least acceptable, there is a spork in the bag, and the drive-thru person asks if I want hot sauce – every time! I hope my next encounter is a more pleasant experience – whether in the drive-thru or in-person...

It clearly asks if you want to pick it up now, I arrived 5 minutes later only to be told it takes 5-10 minutes for them to get the order from their app and they hadn't received it yet. They asked if I wanted to come inside....no, no I don't. Isn't that the major reason you offer mobile app, to save me time and save me having to come inside? Social distancing? I couldn't find a way to cancel the order, so I went in, only to be told it looked like my order hadn't gone through. "Did you check your email for a confirmation?" I didn't realize I had to, I didn't think this was going to be that involved.

However, when I got to the window I was met with A large very pale white woman as the Cashier glaring at me and another large very pale white woman worker staring behind her at me. She never greeted me but did Make it a point to make me notice she was looking at me with disgust. She was visibly upset and then shoved the order to me when I reached to grab it.
