Elm Rd Wendy's, a twist in our culinary tale. Amid the Economy Inn escapade, a thrilling adventure I've delved into—check it out if you're up for a read—we dared to order Wendy's delivery. Regulars we are, bound by our love for their delectable offerings. But, oh boy, the delivery dance had its own choreography.
Amidst a Grubhub saga, a two-hour tussle to make PayPal play nice, I switched to DoorDash—swift, seamless, and with a promise of rapid gratification. True to their word, the delivery arrived zippy. Yet, alas, a twist of fate swapped our order's destiny.
The result? A sizzling chicken sandwich that could make even the boldest souls tear up, and an unexpected rendezvous with a hamburger. Not exactly what we planned, as the hallowed Baconator and medium fries danced elsewhere.
No fuss from us, for errors do happen. DoorDash stepped in, adorned in shining armor, granting a partial refund to mend the hiccup. After all, we're all humans, and hiccups are part of life's symphony.
This, dear Wendy's management, is a friendly nudge—have your troops double-check each order before it ventures out into the wild, guided by a DoorDasher's hands. Because in the world of deliveries, precision is the secret ingredient.
Bon appétit, fellow food adventurers!
Oh, and let's tip our hats to the Honey app from PayPal, a magical touch that blessed us with a sweet deal. Because in the world of deliveries, surprises come in all forms.

Read more9:05am Sunday may 25th.got overcharged went inside the manager acting like there's no change in the register then look at his wallet and no change.I left because i'm not playing that stupid game.
Train employees at drive thru better. Just because I want a large black coffee doesn't mean I need a large season potatoes. I asked for a small but got charged for a large. I ended up getting a small after going inside but since there's "no change" I had to pay 2.49 for a small.
Btw they have done this to me and I know of others in the past. They fixed it as the people in the drive thru have been asking but the one today just assumed and obviously need training. If the register automatically put it as large for both a drink and season potatoes as a large automatically then that should of never be a thing in the first place, it only works if it's a single hash brown but even Arby's ask if you want 2,3 or 4 potato cakes. Because they also know not every1 wants or can eat 4 of them. Managers should have change ready in drawer before the...
Read moreOrdered Sweet Tea, but there was none. The cashier informed the manager who was in the lobby in the corner. The manager suggested, both demanded the substitution of Unsweetened with sugar packets. My husband made another selection on drink, because any sweet tea lover knows adding sugar to cooled, unsweetened tea is not the same. The manager comes from the corner mumbling, barking that is how the Sweet Tea is made, holding up a bag of Domino sugar. He politely told her it was fine and he made another selection. She kept arguing there is no difference, when I chimed in and stated there is because sugar does NOT completely dissolve in cooled liquid. She continued to argue that that is how it's made and I said, "No, because the sugar dissolves in hot water." She argued that it still cools. She just kept arguing! Finally, we got our order and proceeded to leave when she threatened to call the police, because my husband used profanity! She either needs to learn better customer service skills or find another job possibly...
