Placed an order via Doordash. The restaurant accepted the order. I get a 20 min wait time and later a text from Doordash saying the order should be ready. I go to pick up my order and the doors are locked, but the signs say "open." I call the restaurant and the lady answers. She acknowledges she received my order but left to complete catering deliveries. She stated she had just left. If you knew you couldn't complete the order why even accept it? I drove and waited 20 minutes to pick up my order & she has the gumption to want to know if I wanted to wait an additional 20 minutes for her to complete her food deliveries. I went in on Sunday, and the male worker was absolutely rude & nasty! I wasnt greeted ( I said Hello) when I walked in, instead he started huffing & puffing as if I was bothering him. I stood at the counter waiting on him to come take my order- but instead he walked up, sat down on a stool, grabbed a pad & pen & started writing. Once he got done he started looking everywhere BUT AT ME. I asked “ Are you waiting on me?” He didnt say anything he just raised his brows. LIKE EXCUSE ME?!!!
