Found this little spot by accident one day. We went in about a month later and loved everything about it. The dining area is small, quiet, and well lit. The walls are covered in work by a local artist. And the food... They only offer salads and sandwiches, but that's just fine. The sandwich is more filling than bread, which I appreciate. All the flavors were fresh and bright, and the portions are very generous. We got a sandwich each and split a salad. After we were done there was enough left over to comfortably feed a third person. Try Monica’s for her Thursday night dinner. It’s so personal and Chef Monica visits your table and explains your meal. Everything is so fresh and always delicious. Her salads are the best in town! I had one with butternut squash along with several other toppings. It was so filling, flavorful, and beautiful to look at. It’s a precious restaurant with really neat art. I love the tile tables. The mini champagne served with a flute is a fun touch. They also have wine and beer. The fruit water is good too. Nice staff. We wish it were open more often!...

Absolutely one of the BEST fine dinning restaurant experiences in SETX. The food is outstanding with such pride taken with preparation and presentation. Nice and quiet, comfy atmosphere, where you can feel at home but also feel spoiled by the attention and service given.
