Nothing but good things to say! I managed to get a new guy today. After he rang up my order, I used a free birthday drink on my gold card to pay and it said that I owed .65 cents! The guy apologized and dug in his own pocket to cover it. Super nice. Although, I think in the fluster he forgot to actually put my drink on the bar to get made (Drinks don't get skipped often, but it does happen. I firmly believe that being polite is key. This goes for life in general). However, as soon as they realized that I got skipped, they had my drink ready in 1 minute tops!
They remodeled since the last time I've been here and it looks great! Music is really nice as well. Overall, great experience.
EDIT: June 27, 2013
Man, I came by for another visit to study for an exam and once again I'm blown away by how great this location is! Today, I had a super nice, sweet-hearted lady that took my order. I ordered a grande, iced vanilla rooibos tea. She got to making my drink right away and then asked, "Would you like to try a hot drink using the vanilla rooibos? I make it at home and its really good!" And, for free of course. It was like dessert in a cup! So stinking good! She made the vanilla rooibos tea, steamed some apple juice, and added a couple of pumps of vanilla all packed in a tall cup. I would probably add just a dash of cinnamon to add another layer of flavor! Then, on top of that, once my iced tea was ready (you have to let it steep for a bit), she gave me a venti instead of a grande! This is the definition of first class customer service. I don't necessarily intend to make this review a novel, but if I keep getting treated like royalty by complete strangers every time I come in, I might just keep adding to it!
I rarely have a completely negative experience at any Starbucks location, but there are definitely ones that I've been to where the employees are just super unhappy. I assume this is because management doesn't treat them properly. This location, however, is much like the majority of the Starbucks locations I've been to, just more polished than ever. I applaud the current employees at this location and especially the management, for providing a workspace that enables their employees to enjoy their jobs and provide excellent customer service that is much better than I would ever expect from any store.
I've been to countless Starbucks locations across the nation and I've never been compelled to write a review over one, much less twice over the same location!! Great job, guys, and thank you for the...
Read moreI’m not one to usually write reviews on anything. But the fact that what I’m about tell you has happened to me TWICE now, I feel like I have to. I'll start with telling you the worst part of my review and what drove me to post this. Finding TRASH in my drinks TWICE! First time this happened to me was back in November. I found some kind of lid in my drink. I order the same drink and I've seen them make my drink hundreds of times with nothing that resembles this lid. So I have no idea where this lid came from or how it got into my drink. Because its not a milk lid, a syrup lid, or the caramel sauce lid. I let the manager know. She was apologetic and very concerned. Which i appreciated. I decided to not write a review then. I thought surely it wouldn't happen again. Flash forward to today, I was drinking my coffee and swallowed something small and that felt weird. I thought it was a small broken piece of ice and didn't think too much of it. I take another sip only to be met with a longer piece that definitely wasn't ice. Disgusting. It was a piece of plastic. This time I called to let a manager know, again, that this has happened but they didn't seem too concerned at all. I'm sure everyone can agree when I say that no one wants to be drinking trash or finding random junk in their coffees. I read some of the other reviews people have left and I can also agree that the wait times are extreme. I've also experienced the attitude of a rude employee there numerous times. Along with finally getting up to the drive thru window after waiting 45 minutes just to see my coffee sitting...
Read moreNot a fan of Starbucks to begin with, it’s just not for me. Only stop here for the wife. But I had her get me one of the new energy drinks. The young high school girl with braided black hair working seemed to have a little attitude while I was searching for my drink because what was up there looked nothing like the picture online. The energy drink looked like sprite in a cup. She says “ wellllll, this says tropical energy and your name…. Sooo…” I told her my confusion… that it didn’t look anything like online, looked like soda water…. She proceeded to remake it the same way… the picture looks like the drink is half what ever energy drink she poured in there and half syrup or tea. It was a full can of energy drink and a splash of tea. Figured that couldn’t be right, end of story, little girl needs to know her measurements on the drinks before she gets snippy because she’s making drinks that don’t look anything like what it’s...
