This review would be one star if it weren’t for the friendly employees who are just trying to do their jobs.
Beyond the nice staff, this place is just an absolute joke. In today’s world of mega-inflation and record high prices at every fast food and fast casual chain, Noodles & Co is up there with Panera Bread as the most egregious offender.
They’re charging ludicrous prices for their pasta dishes that are quite literally just microwave dinners. I mean this with no exaggeration. The dishes they are serving here are likely purchased in bulk for 30-50¢ each, heated up in an industrial style oven for a few minutes, and then they’re charging anywhere from $8-12 for an INSANE profit margin.
The portions are small, the quality of the food is mediocre at best (again, they’re microwave dinner style meals), and the atmosphere is nothing special to warrant the...
Read moreWhile the food tasted good, I was disappointed to see that we paid $2.90 for 4 cubes of tofu. I'm assuming they do this by weight [if they don't they should] but maybe it could be either smaller pieces or a little more than that? The udon noodles were a great texture and the sauce was delicious. Overall, the meal was good, just looked disappointing. UPDATE: after seeing my review, Noodles & Co did contact me and let me know that about 3oz cut into 4pcs is the specified portion. They also said they'd consider changing the menu so that you know what to expect. So FYI, that's a fair portion for the price, IMHO, and I'll probably just order and pay for extra next time. Read moreWas so excited to try this place! Service was really friendly & helpful. Menu easy to understand. We got spicy Korean beef noodles, Japanese noodles and potstickers. The dining room was rough looking. Needed tidied up and the tables are oddly arranged; chairs all over. Food came out in good time. Annoying we were given chintzy plastic silverware given it made the food hard to eat (especially after when we threw our trash out we saw metal silverware in the bin). But the food was just so ehhh. Both noodle dishes were bland & dry and the meat was chewy. Really disappointed. The potstickers were okay. Meat didn’t have a lot of seasoning to it. Doubt we will be back given we didn’t have the best experience out...
