WORST store I have ever been too! I honestly? I typically try to avoid going to this store because they can never get my order right and all of the employees have the worst attitude. BUT, today I decided to order from there. They took my money and never gave my product. I made a mobile order at 11:05am, sent my husband to go pick it up. They told my husband that they do not serve hasbrowns past 11 (even though I ordered and payed at 11:05). They said that they also didn't have the Nutella sandwich (ordered and paid for). They literally didn't have half of our order. We asked if they could replace it with or give a refund. Sarah (the GM) said all she could do was give us donuts. He told her we didn't want more donuts since that is apart of our order. She told him that she was not able to refund and that he had to do it from the app. Frustrated, he tried again to just get compensated for the missing items. She wasn't going to do anything. So he said we didn't want the order. We were just going to go somewhere else that will serve what we order and pay for. She then looks at her employee and tells him that they get a free lunch. š¤ I tried canceling my order from the app, but because it was already processed I was not able to cancel my order. I tried calling the store for 30 minutes, trying to have someone walk me through canceling an order already processed. No one was answering the phone. I decided to call another store. I explained the situation, that manager told me that because my order reads as already retrieved, the manager at that location has to do the refund. At this point I'm pissed. I go to the store explain what I just learned. She said that isn't correct and said "well if you were just smart enough, you can cancel it on the app". At this point I am fuming. I got her name. Asked for DM name and number, she couldnt give it to me. She told me to call corporate. I asked for that number...she told me to just google it. Why she couldn't just give it to me is insane. She then proceeds to call the cops because at this point I'm pissed. Now I am banned from there for 6 months, which is not a problem because I will never give that location another chance. She gladly gave the cop Corporate number which was given to me. I call corporate...explain the situation. THEY TELL ME...THAT THE STORE HAS TO ISSUE THE REFUND. That I cannot cancel orders once it has been retrieved. So now I'm banned from the store that is supposed to issue me a refund. They literally stole $20. How does this location allow their employees, let only GMs, treat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service! The man at the front counter just stared at us with a blank expression the whole time he was taking our order. When we sat down to eat my dads sandwich had a huge long hair in it. Which...ok, i get it, stuff happens. So i went up to the counter and stood there for a couple minutes holding the sandwich...no one even looked at me. So i had to say excuse me 3 times...when the girl in the back who was making the sandwiches finally looked up at me I just said "there's a pretty long hair in my fathers sandwich" the girl looked up at me, said OH and walked into the back.i thought i heard her say something about hair in a sandwich..then nothing...a couple minutes later the guy from the front walked out and started making sandwiches...after another minute where i wasnt even looked at...i finally said "is someone going to remake this sandwich for me?" The guy looked up and said "oh, what was wrong"...at this point I'm pretty angry, but i just told him that there was a hair in it, he said that the girl lost her hairnet. But the man STILL did not start making the sandwich. He didn't even ask me what kind of sandwich it was. At this point my dad came up and just asked for a refund so i could sit down and eat my food. A few minutes later the man finally walked out with a new sandwich and the refund. We told him what we thought of the customer service and he again stared at us blankly, said a VERY brief sorry, said he'd check on us and walked away. Terrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not joking when I say that the Manager there must be schizophrenic, as the first few times I ever went there, she was cold, distant, and behaved as though she could care less if I was there, or not.
However, at the beginning of this past week I went there, and she treated me as if we were old friends! LOL She was so very kind - it really took me by surprise.
Two days later I went back, and she all, but ignored me! She was laughing, and joking with her employees, and with the customers that came in immediately after I did, but with me, she acted as though she didn't want to even look at me!
It's the oddest behavior I've ever experienced from someone serving me. I doubt I shall ever go back. I was made to feel as if there was something wrong with me. It was the most uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling.
I'll just start going back to the Dunkin' Donuts š© like I used to - they are so very much friendlier there, it was just that I wanted to try Tim Hortons for something different.
The Tim Hortons food, and Coffee weren't the problem - it was the service. Unpredictable at best, and NO paying customer should ever be made to feel as if they are a nuisance - EVER.
