Subway — Restaurant in Beavercreek

We just ordered lunch for our staff at North Fairfield Subway and my husband and I received the tuna wraps with extremely hi mayonnaise content. We order the tuna wraps all the time and have never had them with so much mayo. We attempted to called the store several times but got a recoding that said not set up for voicemail. We were curious as to weather they have changed their recipe in house or the tuna salad comes already prepared. No answers. We called the other Beavercreek store to see if we could get our questions answered but no answer after several more attempts. The time of our 12 calls was between 1-2 not 11-1 rush hour that I would expect. Very disappointed. Discussing Tuna Salad UPDATE! Update: So it's been about 6 months. Decided to order again. Surely it was a fluke. Nope.The bread was incredibly stale. Hard as a rock. I ended up putting the toppings on my own basic sandwich bread and throwing the Subway monstrosity away. And the meat inside was FROZEN in the middle. Disgusting. Also, why this location finds it IMPOSSIBLE to have chips in stock is baffling. The rack is always empty except for the worst things, and basic Lays are never in stock.

Subway is usually just fine when I go in, but today for about the 4th time that I ordered delivery since I can't get away to pick up and it was anything but fresh. Went into Subway and the lady who was working I'm assuming was the manager It was 8:00 closing time got real hateful and nasty with myself and my mother-in-law and she pretty much told me she wasn't going to fight or argue with me The state law states I do not have to wear a mask if I have asthma COBD or any other issues my doctor is aware of It is also a hem of violation that she not budgeting to the business but because she says it's her restaurant I had to wear a mask I would have even given one star but that was the only star I could put in order to leave a rating.
