What a joke! We went through the drive through, and had to repeat our order three different times (should have been our first sign right?). For example : May I please get a number one (single) with cheese, onions, and ketchup only.
The person taking the order “you want cheese on that” 🤔 yes, CHEESE and onions and ketchup.
Come home to eat our overpriced food. The food was cold. One meal was completely wrong. A bacon-ator was ordered but ding ding ding you’re the winner of a cold chicken sandwich (that has more than likely been sitting for at least 10-15 minutes). Remember that cheeseburger 🍔 CHEESE, ONION, and KETCHUP. Ohhhhh sooo close!! you are the winner of a cold cheeseburger with onion and TOMATO (almost got it right).
Call the restaurant- the phone is answered WENDY. wait, am I speaking to Wendy or did I call Wendy’s 🤔 I proceed to tell the lady on the phone ( not Wendy by the way) how our order was messed up. She said “how” lol…glad you asked ma’am …..I tell her!—I’ll give you one guess what she said “uhhh can you repeat that” ….okkkkkk (breathe, take a deep breath) sure I’ll repeat this order for the 6th time! After I repeat my order …. She said “are you sure you came here!” Bahahah. What in the world do you mean am I sure I came to THAT “WENDY’S” (not Wendy!) ….ma’am I’m done with with conversation ….and I hang up! Y’all when I say just save your money what I mean is SAVE. YOUR. MONEY. DO NOT…I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
WENDY’S what I am saying is y’all work on that customer service. Take the money from my meal you absolutely screwed up and call Chick-fil-A. Inquire about their customer service program.

Read moreOrdered 4 Fuego meals on the app. When we got to the store for pick up, we were only given 2 meals (without the chips). Employee said they only got an order for 2 meals so we went in to speak to them at the counter, app in hand. Showed our receipt to the manager , who threw their receipt on the counter for my order which only reflected 2 “meals” where everything was individually rung up, meaning I wasn’t even given the combo meal discount. The woman I’m assuming was the manager because she was berating a young employee before “helping” us, was standoffish and said there was nothing they could do since she “just got here.” Another woman kept flashing a receipt in my face and refused to call whomever she said she had to call To get my money back. I wouldn’t have needed money back if they’d have just given me the 2 other meals but I guess it was more important to the store to honor their in store receipt than the app receipt. Employee said this happened to someone else too so it’s apparently a known issue. Read moreThis is by far the worst Wendy's in Dayton. Several are bad. This one is terrible! I go here too often & get cold food 85% of the time. Tonight I ordered a burger fries & a caramel frosty. Burger was meh, not terrible, not great either. The fries were ice cold. They're ALWAYS out of stuff. My frosty wasn't very frosty. The guy hands it to me runny! Slushing around in the cup like water. Not full & I ask them why my frosty was completely melted when it's cold as crap outside? She said "it's been doing that lately" I said, "oh really, only when I get one from this store." She asked, "I can try to fix it. Do you want me to make you a chocolate one?" Did I order a chocolate one? No, then I don't want a chocolate one. Then she kills me. She says I'm sorry we're out of spoons. Do you want a fork? Lol, to eat my sloppy frosty with! No!
