Until my last experience I really liked this place. Now I've told myself to stay away from this place. 🛑 The atmosphere is very nice with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The food is pretty good from what I remember.

The service was good however, on my last visit was pretty disappointing and quite frankly disrespectful.

I decided to sit outside for a change as the weather was pretty nice. I then watched the server come out and check on literally every table except for mine. She went by asking every party if they were doing okay and if there was anything they needed, but neglecting myself. Next she came out with drinks and plates of food for various tables. (I understand that nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes, so I wasn't mad at that point.) I said, "Excuse me!" With a quick glance she gave me a dirty look then brushed me off. I thought to myself, "Wow, that was pretty rude." So I got on my phone and called the business, while still sitting outside. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the man who answered the phone. He informed me that I was mistaken and that they only do counter service not tableside service. Now, I would have both believed and understood that had the server not come out and serve every other table aside from myself. After mentioning that to him over the phone his only response was, "Yeah, no we don't do that." If you ask me I think a more respectful and professional response would have been, "I'm so sorry about that sir. I definitely don't want you to feel neglected, left out or unwelcomed, so given the circumstances I will take care of you this one time but for future reference we only do counter service." That would have been completely fine. But since his response was pretty much go "F" yourself I decided that instead of helping them pay their rent by ordering more food and another beverage I would instead take every bit of my money elsewhere as I got up and walked out. Bye bye tip, bye...

I can't remember the name of the beer I got, but It was excellent. Brixton (one of the friendly barkeeps) recommended i try it since it's a type of hops that is very hard to brew with (it expires after 20 minutes of being plucked or something). I sampled and subsequently bought a 4 pack of the red ale, it's exceptional.

I also had the smash burger, which for $12 was a screaming deal. They make their pickles with a slightly sweet brine and it's a perfectly balanced burger. I highly recommend it. And for happy hour you can't beat a $6 burger! The fries are top notch too!

I want to say thank you to both Brixton and Tavish for letting me talk their ear off about the goings on in the world, and telling me about the business and just overall being some of the nicest people you can run across. It was such a treat meeting them.

You better believe I'm coming back. I honestly can't come back soon enough. But I really hope they decide to do a collaboration and brew some sours.

This place is quality through and through. Clean, fun,...

Decent beers. Bright indoors, airy outdoors. The steak bites were way over cooked & hard, beyond well-done. Only one of our tables buzzers worked when we were to pick up our food from the window. The ketchup pump ran out & exploded catsup all over me & the counters. They need signage for the directions to the washrooms, as about a half dozen patrons wandered aimlessly looking for them. Should have invested in acoustic panels instead of a faux brick wall, wood wall slats, & wasting $350 in solidified resin left in a bucket too long. The music selection is good but extremely loud in some places forcing conversations to be even louder. It gave me a headache it was so loud so we left after one pint served in plastic. A lot of effort went into branding, needs effort to make the in-house food experience palatable & enjoyable....

Another review from the Portland Wing week. 6 wings for $8. They had the sweet and spicy sambal boneless bites and I'd say these were the lowest quality wings that I tried from the handful of restaurants that I tried during the wing week. Not only was the chicken very chewy but the sauce was unimpressive. I didn't realize how much I'd dislike sesame on my wings. The kitchen tried to experiment with these wings and in my opinion failed badly. I didn't even finish 2 out of the 6 wings that were served and I *never* waste chicken wings. I'd have given this place a 2/5, the only reason I am bumping up to 2.5/5 and rounding off to 3/5 is because it had a geeky ambiance as the name "Binary" suggests. They also have pinball machines at the back. I also liked the IPA that I tried.

It’s a great new place in downtown Beaverton. We went for the restaurant week special which is the jalapeño bacon slider shown for $9. Fries were $4. Chicken bites were $4. Beers were $7 each (which wasn’t worth the price in my opinion, and wasn’t sure if they had smaller glasses) Overall, if you’re in the area, come on by. Would I drive out from Hillsboro? Debatable with the amount of breweries and bars in between. The food was great and honestly the price wasn’t bad. But the beer which we got the golden ale and creamy ale, wasn’t anything where I crave or found entirely unique enough for me to drive out. The environment was beautifully decorated though with a small outdoor patio and and 2 pin ball machines in the back. A nice addition to the downtown Beaverton block.
