Firehouse Subs Hall Boulevard — Restaurant in Beaverton

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially from the host named Madeleine. Upon entering close to closing time, I was met with hostility by Madeleine and the rest of the staff, who seemed more interested in closing up shop than serving customers. Despite their obligation to serve until closing time, I was told I couldn't order a hot sub because they were already preparing to shut down early.

Reluctantly, I settled for my regular large sub, only to find that it was not cut in half as requested. This oversight made it incredibly inconvenient to eat, especially given its substantial size. To add insult to injury, there was a lack of communication regarding when my order was ready, leaving me waiting unnecessarily.

Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was marred by poor customer service, particularly from Madeleine, and a lack of attention to detail. I would caution others against visiting this location, especially close to closing time, as it seems they prioritize closing over satisfying...

This place dose not allow dogs so I will not return. To be fair it is posted on the window for service dogs only. The staff informed me that service dogs must be in their vests. My dog is a service animal with I.D. , but he needed to be in his vest. The staff were friendly about it, however Portland in general is such a dog friendly State, I think they should be more accepting. So many places do allow dogs in stores, cafes, and restaurants. As far as the food goes, the bread was soggy, and the sandwich had no flavor. Firehouse Subs used to be my favorite place, but now I will take my pup to a more welcoming place to enjoy food that is not soggy,...

This was my first time at a Firehouse subs. I do like how some of the proceeds go to first responders.

The sandwiches all tasted great. I got the brisket and cheese. The bread was good but the meat was a little light. Maybe I am just used to other sub shops that provide more. The sandwich did come out hot and tasted fresh. Credit to the fact it was prepared well.

We went around 730 and the place was mostly empty. Figure it was after the rush.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The tables all had dirty/clean cards to let you know which ones they cleaned. Nice touch for a place that rotates...
