I am giving 1 star because of the service and gouging. The food is ok, but it’s such a shame when simple recipes are made so quickly that they don’t have quality control. This is the 3rd time I have had the same dish. The 1st time there were no onions or bean sprouts. The 2nd time, I asked for extra and they made it the correct way, unfortunately it was bland. So this time I went back and ask them to make it at least level 2. I was charged $2 extra for the bean sprouts and onions this time, when everyone knows that is what is in Pad Thai. She told me it was extra😂 she should have told me BEFORE she took my money. Im sick of gouging and the onions they use are the part you throw away, not the tops . They are not losing any money by making it correctly. So now with a tip we are up $3 dollars from last time. And it was still bland because they forgot the spice! Don’t give your hard earned money for subpar food from these places, they only think about money. I could have paid $16 at La Provence and it would have been perfect and I would even had leftovers....
Read moreChanged our rating from a 5 to a 2. The food was poor quality our second visit. We got sticky rice which looked and tasted like it was microwaved. The rice was hard as a rock on the bottom. Inedible. The plate cost us $13 for sticky rice and steak. The steak was inconsistently cooked with well done on the outside and a tiny bit of pink on the inside, otherwise flavorless and displayed on a bed of torn up iceberg lettuce. We are not the type to complain and cause a scene. But this meal caused us to never consider this place again. The OMG rolls were undercooked on the inside, i saw and tasted dough. The complimentary soup was luke warm and not hot. The fried rice was over seasoned, LOTS of soy sauce, which is all I tasted. We went in at 2pm, which is 1 hour before they close for lunch. I am assuming this had to do with the poor service and food. I have already told 5 people to not consider this place for Thai/Asian as there are far better places for...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite places, however they advertise a different price online. If you have a price online that the customer expects, then you should honor that price and let the customer know that next time it will be different. If the prices on your website don’t match then it’s false advertising, that’s between the restaurant and their web developer, you shouldn’t charge the customer for your mistake. Owners please take this advice: if your prices are wrong online and more expensive in person, honor your online prices and bring up the problem with the person who runs your website. If you change prices, make sure to update your website, you have to understand that the majority of business is first reviewed online, including the prices. I will be back because the food and service is usually amazing. However I’m really disappointed by this, and until they update the prices on the website I will not return. It’s bad business to put YOUR mistake on...
