when it came to the sandwich I ate the cheese was old and the sauce that was on the sandwich was not even warm it was cold like it just came out of the fridge.The chicken breast was luke warm it tasted as if it wasn’t even up to temp.I asked for a fresh sandwich because I wasn’t about to be in a hospital from food poisoning.The Employee name is John(416178).He told us that it was fine and he would kindly make me another one.Then told us it’d take 8 min to make the sandwich fresh.Well maybe not even 5 min later John came to our table with my sandwich.Well first bite was okay then I notice they thought they could fool me and just put a fresh piece of chicken on it and one piece of fresh cheese,but still left the old cheese and had the new cheese to cover it so I couldn’t tell. Plus,the sauce was still cold as well.Therefore, I took the sandwich back up there and asked them why it still had the same piece of cheese on there and why the sauce was still cold.John the guy that took my order said that it wasn’t the same piece and that they microwave the cheese and that’s why it looks that way and never responded on why the sauce was still cold. I know there’s certain regulations on how the food should like and when it should be tossed.That cheese should have been tossed long ago.Even if the cheese was microwaved it still wouldn’t look like that.if the sandwich was fresh same with the sauce they wouldn’t have to microwave the cheese it’d melt as soon as they put it on the sanwich.I tried calling the store to complain or at least get the corporates number keep in mind let it ring for a good 5 minutes and there...
Read moreNormally this is a decent Burger King, my son and I often stop here after getting groceries. Yesterday our experience there was extremely lacking. We went through the drive through, I placed my order for a meal, asked for it medium and then asked if they had frozen root beer. She was polite and said no they only had frozen coke and Fanta. I asked what flavor the Fanta was and she said it was mango, so I said I'd try it. I then said I wanted another meal, same as the first, also medium but with a cherry coke. She asked if we wanted it frozen I said no. We get to the window, they give us a cherry coke and a few minutes later bring us a small bag with one sandwich and a large fry thanks me and starts to turn away, I explained we should have another meal and drink and she starts arguing with me and continues to argue until someone who appears to be a manager comes over and takes control of the situation. I get out my card because I realize they had also only charged us for one meal, I pay and wait. A couple minutes and the previous woman brings me a bag with just fries and again says there you go and starts to turn away, I stop her and explain I still need a sandwich and frozen Fanta. This happens again when she brings me my sandwich and still no drink. So I tell her again I still need my drink and she starts arguing with me again. Read moreTerrible Experience and Customer Service. Waited in line for 10 minutes, on my 30 minute break. Paid for a Whopper I didn’t even get to eat. I love this place bc I’m lactose intolerant and the whopper doesn’t come with cheese on it, when I parked to eat my Whopper (ordered plain!) it had 2 slices of cheese on it!! I needed my order fixed as quickly as possible, and politely knocked on the front doors. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and there was another older woman outside with an incorrect order, whom was also being ignored!! The phone was off the hook, so I wasn’t able to call them. After two people walked by and shrugged their shoulders at me. I kept knocking, but when someone came to the door I was met with the worst attitude and eye rolls, so I gave it right back. Not only was my food not fixed, I left without the sandwich I paid for and was told I needed to watch my attitude by the workers. Since when is this customer service? I worked for Carols Corporations before and I’ve had plenty of people throw food, cuss me, and everything else at me, NEVER in my life did I poorly represent any company with my bad attitude while ON THE CLOCK.
