This Taco Bell location has provided me the worst experience I could have ever imagined. On Mother's Day weekend my family and I were enjoying our time at our camper, and we decided to get Taco Bell for dinner! My boyfriend and I went inside to order and things were fine, we were taken care of quickly. After we paid for our food the cashier (Gavin) approached us and asked my boyfriend for his card and ID, he seemed to have thought we were being fraudulent. My boyfriend said no, and we asked for a manager. The manager was in the back mopping up spilled cheese and refused to talk to us until she was finished with the clean up, because apparently it takes a lot of skill to mop up a floor that only managers obtain. Anyways, I was livid, and I announced that the this "manager" that we had been accused of fraudulent behavior because my boyfriend "grabbed his card quickly" from Gavin. Gavin had inspected the card when we paid, mentioning that he had never saw one quite like that. My boyfriend mentioned that we weren't from around the area and maybe that was why. To get to the point, these employees antagonized us as customers, and the manager pushed me to my very limit, as I have worked in management and customer service and I know this is not the way you handle these situations. Needless to say I spoke my mind and caused a scene, leading them to threatening us with calling the POLICE. I asked for a corporate number, and the staff said they were happy to it to me, yet I had to rely on a fellow customer to support me with it. Mean while other employees are cussing back at me and being ridiculous, I'm trying to call corporate only to find out they were closed! The manager again struck up an argument with me after we asked for a refund, and I assured her I would get her fired, and for that she rejected us of our refund for food we DID NOT EAT nor touch at all! Taco Bell has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since I was a kid, but now I refuse to attend any location, and I encourage you to choose an opposite location even if this is closest to you. Read moreWednesday, March 5 the female employee on window at 12:00am this has nothing to do with her she was super sweet and was so respectful. On the other hand there was another lady that interrupted the female employee at the window and cut her off to say they were closed when it was said we had 2 mobile orders. The lady was told that we had already placed the orders and they shouldn't have even been closed yet. The lady then said that they were out of everything but then corrected to only large cups and beans which we only had 1 thing that had beans. I would have been fine with no beans and down sizing on our drinks but instead of offering that she immediately told us she wasn't doing our order and that we need to go home and dispute it. When I went home my mother in law called the store to get corporates number and the manager on shifts name the employee was rude who answered the phone he hung up on us twice and answered the phone rudely. When asked to speak to the manager he said he was going to get him and then picked the phone back up and said the manager was doing inventory and wouldn't come to the phone. So instead of coming to the phone and coming to handle the situation at hand.
When we decide to drive back to Bedford to get burger king instead because they always are super sweet and always are opened taco bell had 2 cars in drive-thru and had take their orders but refused us our mobile orders. We have lived here for almost 7 years and ever since the last 2 year the store has went down hill the you only get one employee that's nice and the management sucks. I WILL NOT!!! Read moreA woman with half her teeth missing works the front register a lot here, and she DOES NOT follow any cleanliness requirements at ALL. I watched her pick up chairs, sit them leg down on tables, handle a filthy mop bucket, and pick stuff off the ground, then go to the register, take an order, and grab cups, fingers inside rim, and hand them out. All without washing her hands. She did this over and over. Then she put all the chairs down and never cleaned the tables from where the nasty chair legs were touching.
On 5 different visits I have witnessed her leaving the front unattended for 10 mins or longer, as if wait time isn't terrible enough. And the other employees yell at her to get up there. She replies in such a classy, bellowing manner saying, "I'M COMIN'!" When, indeed, she is not. This has grossed me out to the point I will not go back until she is gone. I know fast-food will be a level of unclean, but if that's what she does IN FRONT of people.... I don't want to know what happens when nobody is there.
Wait time in this drive through.... expect the same amount of wait as a steakhouse. At LEAST 30 mins waiting in line. Inside or out. That's how I've seen so much inside 50 minute wait last time for my food inside. We ordered 6 items total.
I just won't go here any longer. It is disgusting and it makes Steak N' Shake look fast as lightening and make the Marathon bathroom look...
